Great owner and very responsive to messages that I highly recommend

Great condo, convenient and had plenty for my 12 and 5-year-old to do even when the weather did not cooperate. We were able to walk to the beach and swim indoors.

Room 107

Two main issues we had with our room, one is that the comforter on the king size bed of master bedroom was filthy upon arrival. There were crumbs on it and there were spills that had been left to dry. It appeared someone had a meal on the bed and they didn’t wash the comforter. The cleaning crew did not seem interested in assisting us so we just took it off and washed it ourselves. The second issue was that upon arrival, we found ashtrays with cigarette butts on the table on the balcony as well as several towels that still had sand in them. Almost like the cleaning crew did not check the balcony before the let us check in. Always a good time to visit orange beach, but this was the only time we will be staying at this location.

Dried vomit on the wall was just the start

The property clearly had not been cleaned and was not well maintained. Dried vomit on the bathroom wall and cans, food and 2 half smoked jousts on the balcony greeted us. About a third of the bulbs in the light fixtures were out and a paper cup was holding up one of the legs of the dining room table. Also the toilet seat in the main bathroom and the shower doors in the third bathroom were broken. Quite a letdown for the price!
