Morning Breeze is a new 6500 square foot, 10 bedroom plus bunkroom, 11.5 bath custom beachfront home with a private pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day, elevator and more. You may remember the original Morning Breeze on the lagoon. We supersized it adding 4 more bedrooms plus a bunkroom, and all 3 levels have living areas featuring views that span from the Gulf to Little Lagoon.

Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $800/day).

Please note--the reviews showing up are for the original Morning Breeze with 6 bedrooms on the lagoon. We'll correct that as soon as we can.

Interior photos shown with furnishings are from the original Morning Breeze that was located on Little Lagoon. The new one is beachfront, with lighter interiors and even more to love. It is scheduled for completion this winter in plenty of time for spring and summer guests.

The main floor features a large living area with 180 degree views spanning from the Gulf to Little Lagoon., a 16' long dining table to seat a crowd, a spacious kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 ranges, 3 dishwashers, 2 sinks and lots of counter space with 1 large islands. There is a nearby wetbar with an undercounter icemaker, a beverage fridge and more. You'll find a large pantry/laundry, a half bath and the beachfront primary King bedroom complete with doors out to the covered porch and a bath featuring a double vanity and separate tub and shower.

The middle floor has a large family room, a total of 4 bedrooms (3 Kings, 1 pair of Queens) plus a bunkroom with 2 XL twins, 5 full baths and a laundry room. It opens to porches on the beach and lagoon sides.

The top floor has a large family/game room, 5 bedrooms (3 Kings, 2 pair of Queen rooms), 5 full and 1 half baths and a laundry.

Throughout the house you'll find Smart TVs, free wifi and an elevator that reaches all levels. All levels have beachfront covered porches that span the beach side of Morning Breeze.

The beachfront porch has a private pool. You'll also find outdoor seating and dining, and under the house, a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower and beach chairs to take to the beach.

Morning Breeze is located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, 5.4 miles west of the intersection where Gulf Shores Parkway ends at Beach Boulevard. Sorry, Morning Breeze is not available for events (including bachelor and bachelorette parties), or groups under the age of 25.
