2 bedroom, 2 bath Beachfront Condo on the 1st floor at Phoenix 1!

  • Phoenix 1 Unit #1013 (1st floor) - Your family will LOVE this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath condo in Phoenix 1. It is located on the 1st floor, with beautiful beach views as well as pool views from the elevated balcony (NOTE: You must take 10 stairs to get to the first floor level and there is no elevator). This is a perfect spot for making family memories! There is a table and four chairs on the balcony, so every meal can be enjoyed there.

    You and your family and friends will love the spacious living area in this condo and the VIEWS!!! There is balcony access from the living room and a flat screen tv. Also, there is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room just in case you need it and two chairs for relaxing after a day at the beach! The dining room seats 6 and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, silverware and cookware!

    The master bedroom features a king bed and an en suite bathroom. There is a wall mounted tv for you to enjoy and balcony access for enjoying the spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico! The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and a flat screen to enjoy. The guest bathroom is conveniently located near the guest bedroom.

    This condo sleeps up to 6 people by using the sofa sleeper as well! It also has a stackable washer and dryer and FREE WIFI!

Great vacation

The condo was a perfect place for our Christmas vacation. Clean and comfortable! Great location, beautiful views of the beach. The heated pool was not as warm as our other family at another place was the only downfall. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

The condo was easy to get to within the complex, and was very convenient to the pool and boardwalk. We enjoyed being so close to the pool because we could see when it was crowded or not crowded. The space was clean and the beds were comfortable.

This was a week get away for me and my husband. We had a great time. We loved the condo. The view of the ocean was awesome. Especially since my husband hates heights. It was perfect for him. My email was messed up booking the room and the POC texted and was very sweet and helpful. We definitely want to come back for a long vacation.

Wonderful 2-Week Stay

The description and photos of this condo are very accurate. Our 2 week stay was very comfortable. We found it very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Just a reminder that there are cement steps that lead up to the condo and the need to be able to carry things up them. We had no problem, but some people might find it difficult. The beach and ocean view from the balcony and also from inside of the condo was better than expected.There are also great restaurants in the area and stores were on the same road. In fact we enjoyed the 3 restaurants right accross the street. The traffic was better than anywhere else weve stayed.

We came down to Orange Beach over Labor Day weekend for a quick getaway with the family Location was great. Awesome beach and pool view. Unit was a little small for a family with small children and all the extra stuff required for little ones. Booking host was fantastic. Attentive and responsive to any needs given it was a busy holiday weekend. Shoutout Melissa. Did have a noisy upstairs neighbor but did not have an impact inside the unit. Would definitely stay at this property again. Would look at other units to accommodate small children
