Awesome Views and 10 Foot Ceilings in this Penthouse Unit on the 15th floor!

Phoenix 7 Unit #1507...You will LOVE this Penthouse Floor unit and the panoramic views from the balcony! And, since this unit is on the top floor (15th floor), you get the added benefit of 10 FOOT CEILINGS which makes the condo feel MUCH more spacious! You will also love the Italian marble floors, large SMART TV in the living room and a large flat screen in the bedroom, upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and more! And for those coffee lovers, we have standard coffee maker AND a Keurig for you in our kitchen!

There is a King bed in the Master Bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the Living Room....so, it sleeps 4! This condo is perfect for a couple's get-away or a small family. The dining area seats four and there is extra seating at the kitchen counter. And, another very nice feature is the full sized washer and dryer inside of this unit. It is so nice to be able to wash beach towels and swim suits while you are staying there!

***A parking pass is not included with the reservation. You will receive a parking registration email after your reservation is made and you'll need to purchase your parking pass online prior to arrival. No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property.

Wonderful place to stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was comfortable and clean. The view was amazing! We enjoyed the beach, pool and surrounding restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay

Host communicated with us throughout, and was always a phone call away. View was beautiful; the kitchen was well-stocked with regular items, but also specialty kitchen tools; and there was a writing desk if you needed to get a little work done. I can highly recommend it.

Solid value; great hosts; beautiful area

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Orange Beach and vicinity. This is a fairly close drive to Pensacola, a reasonable drive to Destin, and the immediate area offers numerous fantastic restaurants, white sand beaches, great running routes and a very welcoming Catholic Church (St. Thomas by the Sea).The unit itself is ready for some R & R and a deeper cleaning. The hosts were terrific at communication and process. I'd definiltey stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

From check in to check out everything was aboveboard and excellent. Our condo was clean as could be and a fully stocked kitchen made it easy. I really liked the walkway to the beach and the little rack to hold the shoes! It is the little things that make a vacation great!

Condo on the beach

Great location with beautiful views. The property management company had excellent communication. I was disappointed in the quality of the furniture in a condo of this type. It was definitely below average and was very uncomfortable. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay.

Great beach getaway

White sand beaches, e-biking, kayaking, deep sea fishing, antique car show, glass blowing and art exhibits just some of the things to do, and sip coffee in the morning on the balcony with the breezes and the birds flying by. Condo is comfortable and well equipped with a peaceful beach decor.

A Perfect vacation!

This unit was so perfect for my husband and me! The view from the unit and from the balcony was absolutely stunning and true to the pictures. It had every amenity we needed, and the communications and responsiveness of the owners was always immediate with any questions. The location was great and the beach and swimming pool access was right at the property. We would definitely go back and will highly recommend it to others.

Very Clean and well appointed property. The cozy one bedroom was perfect for my wife and me. Four elevators always working and fast. Nice pool with abundance of seating. Blue mat from end of wooden bridge towards beach was great. Adequate parking.

Great value

Great value! Super experience all around. Location was a cheap Uber wherever you want to go. Host provided all the hotspots and places to go locally. If I’m nitpicking the kitchen utensils could use an upgrade, but that being picky!

Wonderful Penthouse

This penthouse on the 15th floor was a special treat for my husband and I. This 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom unit packed a punch in cleanliness, coziness and amazing view from the balcony. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Perfect stay!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The condo, located on the 15th floor, offers a breathtaking view of the beach, making morning coffee on the balcony a must. The great AC kept us cool and comfortable. The pullout bed was perfect for my 3 and 6-year-old children. We had a blast cooking in the kitchen and playing games at the beautiful table in the evenings. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for rainy days, but we especially loved the outdoor pool and beach. I appreciated being able to rent chairs and an umbrella and have them ready for us as soon as we arrived at the beach. The washer and dryer were incredibly convenient. Thank you so much for an amazing stay! We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!
