The first level welcomes you with an open floor plan, featuring a tastefully adorned living room equipped with a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping accommodations. A Smart TV, offering cable TV and streaming options with auxiliary HDMI connection allows your own gaming console or laptop to ensure entertainment options during gatherings. Step out onto the private balcony to savor partial views of the beach or indulge in a breathtaking Gulf Coast sunset while enjoying your favorite beverage.

The dining area comfortably seats 6 at the dining table, with additional seating for 4 at the bar and 4 stow away seating at living room table. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal for your family. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a full-size washer and dryer for your laundry needs. Just past the kitchen, a bunk area with twin bunks and a full bath featuring a tub/shower combo awaits, perfect for the little ones in the family!

Upstairs, three bedrooms await your comfort. The King suite offers partial views of the beach with quiet private seating and features a private bath with a walk-in shower. The other two guest rooms also have their own private bath, both with walk-in showers. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, and free High-Speed Internet is provided throughout.

Conveniently located near the heart of Gulf Shores, this community offers easy access to various restaurants and shops. With just a short walk across the street to the beach, we're confident you'll love every aspect of this brand-new home!

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All Linens are Washed and Bleached Every Time for the Highest Sanitation Requirements. Gold Star washes our High-Quality Linens before every new Guest's arrival. We mean every bath towel, washcloth, makeup cloth, sheet, blanket, pillowcase, and dish towel EVERY TIME. Gold Star uses the very best commercial washing machines and dryers. All linens are washed in high-heat commercial washers with select detergents and bleach for complete and thorough sanitation. Gold Star has specialized confinement procedures for keeping soiled linens separate from all other linens to ensure there is no cross-contamination.

IMPORTANT: In an effort to continue to offer our guests the lowest rate possible while providing linens of the highest quality, we respectfully request that our guests refrain from any activity that would damage or destroy our linens, including but not limited to rips, tears, and permanent stains. Should you or your guests damage linens during your stay, the guest responsible for the rental agreement will be charged for replacing them at the then current retail price.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
All of our guests deserve the highest standard of professionally cleaned Units by professional cleaners. This has been one of Gold Star's highest priorities and foundations of our company since entering the industry. Spotlessness equals protection, and we are doing everything possible to ensure that your family has the cleanest accommodations possible. Our full-time professional cleaning staff utilizes approved chemicals to clean and disinfect before new each new guest's arrival. We do not use Cleaning Companies to clean our properties. Our cleaners work for Gold Star, and each staff member is assigned to clean the same property stay after stay. You can be certain that our properties are thoroughly disinfected. To ensure our linens are properly laundered, we follow specialized processes using high-heat commercial washers and dryers to clean, disinfect, and kill germs. Finally, after each clean is completed, our professional inspectors thoroughly evaluate the unit to ensure that EVERY condo or beach house is clean and qualifies for the Gold Star White Glove Treatment.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
West Lagoon Cottage, Unit YY (Sunny's Retreat), is located in the West Lagoon Cottages community directly across the street from the beach. On the property you will find a community pool, and gated, dedicated beach access is just a short walk across the street. There is a coded lock on the gate to the beach access, the code will be provided to you before your arrival. The beach access is located across the street to the left of Westwind Condominiums (blue building). Parking is available underneath the house and will accommodate up to 3 vehicles and has a private EV level II electric vehicle charger. This unit has a private outdoor shower located underneath the house to wash away the sand after a long day at the beach. Trash cans are provided for your convenience, located underneath the house.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This property allows long-term Snowbird rental rates from November 1st through the end of February.

RELAXED CANCELLATION POLICY
Our Guest-friendly cancellation policy gives you peace of mind when you book your beach vacation with Gold Star. If you need to cancel at least 30 days before your arrival date (60 days for long-term monthly rentals), we refund you 100% of the rent paid. The only fees not refunded to you are the non-refundable fees. Non-refundable fees include already-purchased travel insurance and the booking fee. We recommend that each guest purchase Travel Insurance in the event of sickness or other qualifying trip cancellation.
