Island Villa, Unit 4 is a charming boutique vacation rental located in Gulf Shores, Alabama. This cozy villa features one bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (minus a dishwasher), and a comfortable living area. With its prime location just a short walk from restaurants, Foam Coffee House, Big Beach Brewery, Glow Yoga and much more. This complex has a courtyard feel with a shared pool in the middle of the 13 units. In addition, the property offers a shared laundry facility and charcoal BBQ area. Just steps from your door is the Gulf State Park featuring over 26 miles of paths and trails to be explored! Just a short drive away, be prepared to be impressed by the most beautiful beaches in the world! Perfect for families or couples, Island Villa Unit 4 is the ideal destination for a relaxing beach vacation.

The bedroom features a King Sized bed and there is a sleeper sofa in the living area.

One parking pass is included with your reservation, you may purchase up to one more, before you arrive, for $20 plus tax.

Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival.

A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.

Perfect for the girls and I

Nice stay

This condo was great for our family. Steps from the community pool and walking distance to the park. Also, a great little coffee shop right next door. Julie, the property manager was very easy to get ahold of. They forgot to leave sheets for the fold out couch, but when I contacted her, she was great about getting us sheets within a half hour even though it was after 8:30 at night. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was great! We came into town for baseball for my son. It is the perfect location for all in coming travel for ball. The only thing I had an issue with was the laundry room light was going crazy. It worked one second and then when I went back in the pitch dark to get my clothes I had to used my cell phone light but that is a small maintenance item that is out of there control it could have happen anytime to anyone.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. The staff was absolutely amazing and very responsive within a Few minutes I had any questions. The TV was broke when I got there. There was a Band-Aid on the bathroom wall and a dirty Q-tip on the bedroom side table and food underneath the couch that you walked in. I feel like I paid $150 cleaning fee and the people probably did before, and they clearly did not clean, so that was about whether sheets were clean or not . I thought it was a little ridiculous that I paid $150 claim fee and had to take out the trash do all of my dishes put remote back in the right spot turn the air conditioner to a certain setting, etc. it was great to have a swimming pool right outside the door. Location was great. Overall, it was a good experience, but I would definitely find something on the beach next time As much as I paid to stay here.. and the TV was never fixed or replaced the whole time. We were there, Which I think should be a partial refund of some sort or something and it was never addressed so we were sitting in the bed watching TV when we were trying to have relaxing time in the living room.
