Mere steps away from a beautiful white sand beach and clear blue water, Gulfside Townhomes is a small 40-unit complex that features 2-story beachfront units with covered parking for two vehicles directly under each unit. Great location with no high rises on either side making the views breathtakingly beautiful! This family-friendly community boasts a nicely landscaped private courtyard and a large beachside pool in the center of the U-shaped complex. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants, The Hangout, grocery stores, and shopping.

This updated two-story unit sleeps eight people including 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a 1/2 bath, and 1150 ft.². The first-floor open layout includes a spacious living and dining area, kitchen, half-bath and stackable washer and dryer closet. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances and opens to the dining and living area. Enjoy coffee or cocktails off the living area balcony or the master bedroom balcony with a great view of the pool, courtyard, and beach horizon.

Bedrooms are located on the second floor. The master suite features a king size bed, flat screen TV, balcony, and full bathroom. The second bedroom features a full bathroom, queen-size bed and a flat screen TV. The bunk room features built-in bunk beds and flat screen TV. Sofa sleeper is also located in the main floor living room.

Beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc. provided!

Cute condo - steps from the pool and just a few more to the beach. The beach area in front of this condo building was the least crowded and just right of the lifeguard stand. Absolutely- Perfect!

Property was well maintained and clean. Exactly as described except for the 3rd bedroom with Bunks not really being a separate room. Besides that we had a terrific time and location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again!

Great beach get away

This place is exactly as listed. We have stayed in the townhomes here in a different unit and enjoyed the location so much we wanted to come back. Location is amazing. The unit is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. My only complaint would be about the 9am checkout. Thats a tad bit early for us as a family of 5 but we made it. We look forward to returning to this location again in the future.

Gulf Shores visit

Lovely property, clean, just as advertised, plenty of space for two separate families (one adult and one teen per family). Room for two cars in the carport. Came here for a sports competition; our two girls are teammates and enjoyed sleeping in the bunk bed area. They loved the cutout shelving. We liked that each adult had a private bedroom and bathroom. Our host, Zach, was very responsive and helpful, and everything in the condo was exactly as pictured. Would stay here again; it's very clean and pretty!

Convenient

Condo is very clean and updated. Nice location with a pool and easy access to the beach. It was nice to have beach supplies available to use (chairs, wagon, toys). The main restaurants are about a mile down the road, which we walked to, rather than fight for parking, and it wasn’t a bad walk. The only negative thing was only one garbage bag was supplied and we had to run out and buy a box (very minor inconvenience).

This rental has everything!!

First of all, the MOST comfortable beds (even the bunks which was a surprise) and darkening blinds make for an excellent night’s sleep!! The pool AND beach give this place a “resort” feel. Grounds are immaculate. Place is clean. Definitely enough space and COMFORTABLE seating for everyone. Host was super nice and easy to get in touch with. Perfect location!! Refrigerator is large and cold, ice maker was a plus!! Unit was missing just a couple of items that are typically in a rental (e.g., salt/pepper, foil or wrap, basic cleaning supplies, BEACH TOWELS…). Overall, I give it 5 stars and would definitely stay here again!

Awesome unit to enjoy the beach

Just an overall awesome place. Close to all the attractions, very clean and well maintained property. Loved the 2 car parking under the unit and then living and sleeping on seperate floors. Very spacious!

Great location - wonderful stay!

We truly enjoyed our visit! Townhome was beautifully renovated and styled, comfortable and located perfectly for beach access. Everything needed was provided - beach chairs, toys and even a wagon to cart them easily to the beach. Loved having the conveniences of home - fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, smart tv's and plenty of room for our family. We'd happily stay here again!
