Pet Friendly Beachfront Condo -3 BR-2BA-SLEEPS 8

Direct Beachfront Condo has a breathtaking view from a large wrap around balcony. The condo has 3 bedrooms and two baths. This is a low-density complex. This condo is located on the 3rd floor and overlooks the pool. The unique view provided with glass railing and wrap around balconies show unobstructed views of the Gulf of America from this tastefully furnished unit. Relax on the large balcony enjoying the sights of the aqua waters, dolphin jumping and the beautiful white sugar sand.

Dogs are allowed, but must be under 20 pounds. They are not allowed on the sand per the Orange Beach Ordinance. We will ask for a photo to verify the size of your pup.

The master suite has a king size bed with a large flat screen TV, a private bathroom and a walk in closet. The master suite also has its own private balcony to enjoy your morning coffee or reading your favorite book. The second bedroom has a king size bed, TV and a sliding glass door to the wrap around balcony. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, closet and is connected to the 2nd bathroom. There is a queen size sofa bed in the main living room. Your spacious vacation home is tastefully furnished with comfort, luxury, and easy living in mind. Leather recliners, thick new mattresses, multiple TVs, washer and dryer as well as a fully-equipped kitchen. There is a pack n play, 4 fold-up small cots for younger children and a high chair in the unit for your little ones. This unit is equipped with free WiFi. The only thing missing is you! All this combined with beautiful and tasteful decorating ensures you a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Our beautiful stretch of the beach is truly unbeatable. It is a short walk to the beach and a short walk across the street to Walmart Neighborhood Market and other grocery stores, shopping and dining options. There is an air conditioned area a few steps away from the pool with tables and chairs to enjoy an oceanfront view while taking a break from the sun and sand. The complex has an outdoor pool, 2 elevators, boardwalk to the beach and each condo rental has two parking spaces. There are beach chairs and umbrellas you can rent from Ike’s Beach Service.

Family vacation

Our condo was very clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well supplied with all the necessary items needed. The view of the ocean from the balcony was excellent. My 7 year old grandaughter loved the pool. Overall we were well pleased.

Great Condo

This Condo was very nice and clean and was big enough for our family of 7. The view of the beach was beautiful and we all had such a great time! Highly recommend this condo if you are planning a trip to Orange Beach.

This condo is beautiful and in the perfect location. The owners were wonderful to work with. The beds were comfortable, which is a really big deal. You will not be disappointed with this place.

2nd Stay Here

This was our second stay here. We enjoyed both trips here. The host was understanding regarding the pet fee when our pet died prior to our trip, which we appreciated. The host responded quickly when contacted during our stay. The unit was comfortable and convenient to the beach, stores, restaurants, and attractions.

Nice CLEAN condo with plenty of room for our family to enjoy the ocean front. Short walk to the beach. Stairs are easy to walk if chosen over elevator. Great views

Great place with beautiful view!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely condo. Had everything we needed and especially loved the large balcony. We brought our pets and appreciated the nice area where they could go potty. We enjoyed the fact that Walmart and many fine restaurants are nearby. You will have a wonderful time here. We highly recommend this property.

Family beach trip

Condo was exactly as listed. Nicely updated kitchen, 2 bedrooms were very spacious, and the third was perfect for the kids to share. Love that they had a highchair and pack and play to use and allowed our dog! Great height to enjoy the beach views!

cannot ask for a better location in Orange Beach. Pet friendly locations with reasonable pricing are few and far between and this condo is A+ Beachfront. Gorgeous views, Easy in and out, everything you need and three very comfortable bedrooms. Thanks for sharing your space with us!

Birthday at the Beach

A Beach vacay for my birthday! Went to Float Spa for a peaceful float, the Coastal Arts Center, walked the Wade Ward Nature park trails, played arcade games and ate at our fav restaurants. Beautiful sunsets. Mother Nature sent us the most wicked cold, but we still put our feet in the sand. This condo was awesome with the ease of stay and the most gorgeous views!

Beautiful

The condo is beautiful. Just as listed. We loved being on the third floor. The condo is so bright and cheery and the beach here seemed less crowded than others. The location is wonderful. Grocery stores just right across road and a Waffle House and pizza place within walking distance for the teenagers who got hungry again late at night. The only con I have is that our week went by way too fast.

Communication + Location = Great Destination

Carla is an outstanding host - great communication! The condo is cute and fun - coastal casual and spot on. The beds are comfy. The view of the big blue is beautiful, and with plenty of seating on the balcony. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to cook and dining and amenities of all types are within walking distance or under a 5 minute drive. We will be back! 🏖️😎

My family has been vacationing in different units at Silver Beach for over 20 years. We like Silver Beach because its close to everything, its pet-friendly, and its only 8 floors which makes for a less crowded beach than the newer, more popular high-rises. After renting from Picard all those years, when they closed up shop, we needed to find another resource to rent from. This worked out great! The unit is well furnished, updated, and clean. Beds are comfortable and have quality linens. Balcony furniture is above and beyond what you normally see in rentals. We definitely plan to stay here again.

First time in Orange Beach

Pros: Location was great. It was a third-floor condo with a beautiful view. Plenty of room and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the Orange Beach area and the Peninsula Golf Course and the Cobalt Restaurant. We enjoyed our walks on the beach in the morning, as well. Cons: Both bathroom fans were annoyingly loud. All kitchen cookware should be replaced. Overall, cleanliness appeared to be ok on arrival, however, the floor was dirty as evident of our white socks! Paper supplies were very low. Only one garbage bag and one paper towel available. The elevators were down when we arrived, so we had to haul our things up 3 floors. They did come and fix it a few hours later. We feel for the price point of this property, these things should not have been an issue.
