Enjoy the beautiful gulf and direct pool view from this condo's private balcony. Sit on the dock and view the sun setting on the water at this waterfront complex.

This condo features 4 pools - 2 large pools, 2 kid pools, deeded beach access & private boat launch, it has it all!

The condo is a spacious, fully equipped 3Br/2Ba unit that sleeps 8! This 1st floor condo is located on West Beach, directly across from its own private beach access!

We charge a one-time pet fee of $175 that is listed as a Property fee.

There are no elevators in the complex, and there are 2 flights of stairs to get to our condo.

Excellent Condo!

The place has everything to make a comfortable stay for all age levels. The pool was just outside our door. Place was super clean and had all the amenities needed. The beach is right across the street. The host was super!

Gulf Shores Fall Break

First time staying in Gulf Shores, have stayed in OBA for over 30 years. Was great to be able to take the dogs as it's getting harder to find a place that allows them. Had a great time, property was nice, kids enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock.

Perfect Beach Holiday

The property is spacious, loved it was right by the pool, a short stroll to the Bay, and short walk to the beach. There is so much to do in Gulf Shores. I like that it is outside the city limits, so the “rules” are more relaxed. The Beach was never super crowded. If we had a question or problem the owners were right on it!

Nice and clean condo

The condo was nice and clean as the website showed. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping The kitchen had all the things we needed. The beach wagon, umbrella and chairs that were available were so helpful. We would recommend this condo as a good place to stay.

Great location

The condo was super clean, roomy and comfortable. Everything you could want for a beach vacation. Dawn reached out to make sure we were comfortable. We had our two 5 mo puppies with us so met many neighbors walking the pups several times a day. Such a nice place! We will definitely be back!

Lots of fun

Celebrated my sons 40th birthday! One side you can walk to boat docks fish, kayak, Watch sunset! Dogs loved all the grass to walk around on Cross the street and the Gulf is right there! Walk the beach, Or chill with the waves! Condo is perfect! Has all the amenities, space, and very comfortable beds! This is in a very nice area.

Great place

Place was amazing. It was a little further out of u are looking to be close to all the attractions but we was fine with the location. Beach was very close. Pool was right there. Loved the bay as well. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Only down fall was we didn’t get parking passes and our cars about got towed. Make sure to ask for those cause we didn’t know to get them til after we got warnings on our cars 2 nights in a row.

Spring Break 2023

Dawn was wonderful to work with. I appreciate that she let us check in an hour or so early once the cleaners were done since we arrived earlier than anticipated. It was the perfect location for our family and 2 dogs. The neighboring renters were a bit loud, not realizing the walls are thin, but that is no fault of Dawn. Overall awesome home away from home. Only a couple things we noticed, but not big deals or anything that would make us not stay again. The dustpan is missing. I was going to buy 1, but forgot when we went to the store. Mattresses probably need flipping or rotating to reduce the large body indents and the master shower pressure is low. Again, these are all minor and more of an fyi only. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Dawn for being a wonderful host!
