Located in beautiful Orange Beach, AL, this bright and inviting retreat is ideal for small families or couples looking to unwind by the water.

Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors fill the living and dining areas with natural light and offer instant, sweeping views of the shimmering Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for preparing meals when you're not enjoying the many local restaurants just minutes away. The primary bedroom provides direct access to the shared bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for added convenience.

Additional comforts include a sleeper sofa + 2 twin sleeper chairs in the living room, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer—making your stay easy and enjoyable from start to finish.

As a guest of Phoenix I, you'll have access to outstanding resort-style amenities, including a beachside outdoor pool, kids' splash pad, fitness center, racquetball court, hot tub, sauna, gazebo, grilling area, and a private boardwalk leading directly to the sugar-white sands. Great unit, perfect for two of us!

We had a lovely stay. The condo was perfect for the two of us. The condo was clean, plenty of space, looks how pictures and described. Don’t forget your extra paper towels, garbage bags and toilet paper though! My only complaint was the bed was a tad squeaky getting up in the night usually woke the other person up but everything else was great so easily looked past. Thanks for hosting us.

We enjoyed our stay at Orange Beach! The condo was nice. It had a beautiful view of the ocean! Phoenix 1 is a nice property but could use some upgrading in places. The condo itself could use some painting. But it is a nice place to stay.

Property was good but needs some basic updating. One Elevator was outta service for an extremely busy property which was very inconvenient but know these things happen. But it was great for kids with a lot to do and lots of other kids there to play with. Location to everything is excellent. All restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Beach is very maintained and kept very nice!

You are able to use faculties at 1-4. They are all right together. My boys liked the weight room at three but I was done with the weight room at one. We had a great time and the condo is in the perfect location in Orange Beach.

The location was good right on the beach. There was a 7 year old baseball tournament in town. Probably would have switched dates if we knew. There was no filter for loudness starting at 7 am with kids screaming right outside of our bedroom window. Would probably look for a more off the beaten path to stay next time that might be quieter.

Overall this was a very pleasant stay and we would stay here again.Pros:- Great beach view from the balcony. - Easy access to get to the beach. Made it great for back and forth trips. - Access to amenities (indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, fitness centers) in Phoenix I - IV buildings. If one pool was crowded, you could try another.- Kitchen plus grill access outside in the common areas- Washer and dryer in room- Quick access to restaurants and activities (shopping, arcades, mini golf, The Warf, marina, etc). - If you have kids, you can go "crab hunting" at night to see all the little ghost crabs running around. - Plenty of towels in the bathroom.- Website description matched what we got - pictures were accurate and they were upfront with what things they did and didn't provide so we knew what to expect.- They provide shopping carts in the lobby for guests to make it easy to bring groceries up to your room, a nice added touch. - Walls appeared thick as we barely heard our neighbors when inside. Cons:- No beach view from bedroom. Bedroom window opens up to hallway.- A little worn in areas, but overall was clean.- Mattress, while comfortable, sunk in and was very loud when you moved.- Door to washer and dryer room kept getting stuck.- Washer and dryer closest was really dusty and needed a thorough cleaning.- Heated outdoor pool was really cold, didn't feel heated. Some of the hot tubs were a little dirty.- 6 people would be an extremely tight fit.

We had a great stay at this property. As clean as you would expect for a older beach front condo Easy access to the beach and other restaurants. I would like to tell the owner they need to complain to the building owner/manager as one of the elevators was broke our entire stay and then the second elevator broke for several hours. Hauling beach stuff and groceries up and down several flights of stairs was a pain. So many people couldn’t get to their rooms at all due to disabilities. This is not the owners fault, so I didn’t have it impact the rating, but thought they should know.

Very cute and cozy condo. It did have an odd smell when we arrived. We purchased an air freshener which helped. There wasn’t any sheets for the fold out couch and chairs but we managed with blankets. The extra quilt had an odd smell so we didn’t use that. I love that it had a full sized washer and dryer. Check in process was easy and communication with the property manager was simple and they replied in a prompt manner. The location is great. There are several restaurants nearby within walking distance. The security is top notch so make sure you wear your armband at all times.

A great February

We really enjoyed our time at the Phoenix I. The floors had just been newly replaced and looked beautiful. It was just a very comfortable unit . We did encounter a couple of challenges with light switches and outlets - more just trying to figure out which wall switch controlled what outlet. There was plenty of cooking supplies in the kitchen. The stove was the coil model that didn't have the proper cleaning plates installed below the burner, so none of the pans would sit level to cook. The couch and love seats looked fairly new and were very comfortable for those relaxing times. We loved everything so much we booked again. See you next year!
