Come enjoy the beach at this popular West Beach location in Gulf Shores! Updated, spacious duplex unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Easy walk to the beach with public beach access boardwalk approximately 1,000 ft away! Newly paved pedestrian walking/bicycle path on West Lagoon Ave where property is located. Close proximity to everything Gulf Shores has to offer - 10 minutes away from popular restaurants, shopping, mini golf, etc.

The first floor has a spacious kitchen, dining, living room area, and bathroom. There is one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with a twin over full bunk bed and queen bed. The second level has a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The washer and dryer are on the ground level. There is plenty of parking for up to 3 vehicles - parking pass not required.


ADDITIONAL DETAILS

*Bed linens & bath towels provided - please bring your own beach towels.
*Kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee maker, pot & pans, etc.) and basic supplies such as plates, silverware, cups, etc. provided.
*Charcoal grill (one per unit).
*Wi-Fi and Smart tv's (no satellite or cable).
* A “supply starter pack” including one laundry soap, one dishwasher tab, small dishwashing liquid, 1 kitchen trash bag, starter roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels, and mini bath soaps. Guest should plan to bring extras depending on length of stay.

* Check-in is 4 p.m. or later. (no exceptions)
* Check-out by 10 a.m. (you will be charged if you stay in the property later than 10 a.m.)

Great location for us. Easy beach access and not much traffic. Our only issue was the tiled floors were really slippery and with wet feet it got a little dicey.

The best of the best!

Had a wonderful stay. My host is always top notch and the communication is beyond excellent. This is my third year with this host and wouldn’t think of going with anyone else. Love the location and the facility!

A little birthday trip

The trip was a birthday celebration for my sister who brought her fiance my husband and I and our other sister so it was just us adults. It was a perfect location for walking to the beach and getting to all the shops.

Lagoon Lovin'

Spacious and open property, within walking distance to the hot sandy beaches one way and ice-cold adult beverages two doors down in the opposite direction. Can't get much better than that. Quiet road away from the main road with traffic. Tell your friends, loved ones, your mothers - this is the place to stay to get A W A Y.

Spacious property a block from the beach!

The owner was fantastic about communication during the planning stages, she gave me thorough check in instructions two days ahead of time. The property is literally a beautiful five minute walk to the beach, bring your own gear or rent it there. There’s a cute resturant around the corner from the house and a corner store with anything you need. The house itself was clean, well stocked and had plenty of space for all of us to relax.
