  • Compass Point 404 is a 1 bedroom 1 bath condominium located on 4th floor directly on Little Lagoon in Gulf Shores. The unit is approximately 800 sq ft with views of Little Lagoon from living room and primary bedroom which has a King bed. There is one full bath with custom tiled shower. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. Sleeps 4. This property is pet friendly: No aggressive breed dogs | 40 lb maximum weight limit. $150.00 non-refundable pet fee is required on all pet friendly reservations. Sleeps 4.

    Compass Point is a 9 story building located 2.5 miles West of Highway 59 about a block from the Beach Road. Compass Point has a lagoon side outdoor pool with lagoon/beach play area and an indoor pool. The property also has a pier, boat launch and limited designated parking for boats. Compass Point has a grilling and picnic area as well as a fish cleaning station. There is a 1 car limit.

    This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

    *The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.
