"This is a first class condo. The views are wonderful and the weather was great. The building is very clean. The elevators are glass enclosed so you have a fabulous view while on the ride to your floor. I would definitely return to the San Carlos Condos in the future."

"The place was nice but the wifi connection was awful! The walk to the beach requires you to cross a road and through soft sand. It was hard but don't bring a cart! They don't roll on that sand well! The beach always smells of dead fish because you're near a pier. Not my next choice!"

"To start, I really did enjoy my time at Tidewater and even with this criticism, I would stay there again. All of these rental vacation condos have a cleaning/resort fee attached, but if I'm paying an extra $300, I don't think it's appropriate to make guests clean before leaving. You are expected to wash all dishes and return them to the cupboards, as well as take out all trash or an additional cleaning fee will be charged. I agree with expecting us to wash them, otherwise people would leave...

"We stayed at the 3rd floor, which was great because the building has a parking garage that is 3 floors, so it was very convenient for us to park at the top and then just walk into our condo. The staff was pleasant. The first 2 days we didnt have internet, there was a glitch with the router, and it was Thanksgiving! But they sent someone over on the day after Thanksgiving and he got it fixed. The in-room jacuzzi was awesome, and the view was also great."
