The spiral staircase to the fourth floor reveals a magical siting room/office and an expansive deck with views of the gulf and bay on either side of the golf course! Located at the premiere Kiva Dunes Golf and Beach Resort, the home sits directly across from the Osprey pool, tennis and pickle ball courts and only a short stroll to Alabama's largest private gulf front beach. Kiva Dunes offers championship golf, 4 pools, tennis, 24 hour gated security, fitness center, clubhouse, pro shop, 2 full service restaurants and bars.
