This 4th floor condo at Sanibel features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The balcony and entire living area have expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico. You will absolutely love looking out over the water. The unit sleeps six comfortably with a king bed in the master bedroom, and a double bed plus a twin bunk bed set in the guest bedroom. Interior Appointments: Fully equipped kitchen, 3 TVs, washer and dryer, high-end cotton linens.

Sanibel is located on West Beach Boulevard across the street from the beach. The public beach access at 13th Street is less than a one-minute walk. At Sanibel, you will feel away from it all….yet you are minutes from restaurants, shopping, and the Hangout! Another popular feature of Sanibel is its location is one block from fishing on Little Lagoon where you'll find two fishing docks, a fisherman's dream. Sanibel is unique in allowing trailer parking for its guests with boats or watercraft (jet skis and kayaks), for an additional minimal fee, on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Great Location

Amazing location, space was good for our family of 7. Our only issue was the cleanliness. Very dusty, just didn’t look or feel clean. However would stay again because the views are great in front and back. easy access to the beach, good pool for young kids. Great fishing in the bay behind us

Wonderful stay

Quite possibly the nicest condo we’ve ever rented. Has a beautiful view of the ocean. When we weren’t out doing something we sat on the balcony just for the view. Short walk to the beach. Short drives to hangout and other popular places. Very family oriented and we could leave items like wagons etc outside our room and not worry about anyone taking our items. Felt very safe with our toddler on balcony(metal bars no way she could fit through). Will definitely rent again the next time we go to Gulf Shores!

Amazing condo with great beach views! Super clean, well decorated and close to everything. Great pool in the complex. Communication was always fast and easy to follow. We will be back!!

Beautiful view and wonderful condo!!

This condo was wonderful! Great location and amazing view, lovely updates, roomy, clean and well stocked! While we had wondered about the noise with it being a big complex, we were very pleasantly surprised and satisfied with very minimal noise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!
