Sarah's Beach Baby, West Unit has it all! 6BR, 6.5BA, or 12BR, 13BA when taking both sides. Perfect location right on the beach and across the street from Waves grocery! Pool too!

Sarah's Beach Baby accommodates up to 24 when staying in either Beach Baby East or Beach Baby West. Or a whopping 48 of you if you stay in both sides.

This listing is for the single side of this great duplex. You can also rent the other side, or both together as a 2x6 bedroom place. Like having a 12 bedroom but with two of almost everything: kitchens, living rooms, more! When renting both sides, guests may unlock the connecting doors in the living room areas for access between the two sides without going up and down the stairs from the main entries.

Marble counters, bamboo pattern flooring, gorgeous views, beach and pool right out your back door and much, much more. Each side of this beautiful duplex home sleeps 24 and has 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths. AND, all of the bedrooms have there own en suite bathroom! Each side has the following bedding arrangements:

The home has 2 refrigerators (yes, that would be 4 fridges if you choose to stay in both sides: you can never have too much fridge space!). There are balconies on each level.

POOL? You bet!
BIG outdoor pool (shared only between the two sides). 30x16x3-5' rectangular bit of beachfront bliss!

PARKING
There is available onsite parking for at least 6 cars per side (2 under the side, 4 in front of the side). Good stackers can pull off more. Bad stackers? Well, not so much!

WIFI/INTERNET
YES! We have an awesome Eero mesh network to ensure excellent wifi coverage throughout this spacious home. Spotty coverage is always an issue for big places. Sure internet may work next to the router in the living room, but what about the far reaches of the home!? That's why we installed a multi-node mesh network. And what's the internet like? It is generally solid and ran > 100Mb down the last test--sufficient for several simultaneous video conference sessions for remote work and education. Internet is, of course, an amenity and subject to service provider outages (and guests "troubleshooting" it), especially with the havoc the sand and salt wreak on cabling and facilities, no more so than any other home on the beach though, and likely better since its close in and new construction!

SOAPS, TOWELS, COFFEE, ETC ETC
As with most beach homes in the area, the local mgt co provide what they call a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc. Enough for the first night to get you going! Please plan to bring or purchase additional supplies, and any cleaning or pantry supplies you may need, or to make a quick run to the store (or have it delivered!). You will want to bring beach towels or beach chairs as well. Because mgt cos will not generally support them, grills are not provided, though they are sometimes inherited from prior guests: your mileage may vary on this, and we usually assess and then go snag a small charcoal kettle when we come down ourselves. Also of note: at many locations, you may find the bunk beds (and certain other beds) are not fully made--instead a bedding pack is provided. This is a common practice for the local management companies, which is both green (if the bedding is not used, it doesn't have to be laundered) AND more sanitary--housekeeping does not have to crawl on the bunks and so on to make the beds. Also also... all our homes have drip coffee makers and most now have Keurigs as well.

No smoking please. No pets.

Great place.... again!

We love love love Sarah's beach baby for our 'snowbird' retreat in November. Bama Beach Houses is great too the few times we need anything. Rick & Susan, the owners, are also very kind and responsive too. So happy we connected with them all and look forward to another trip next year!

Sarah's Beach Baby vacation

We had a GREAT time at Sarah's Beach Baby West. There was plenty of room for our group, the accommodations were awesome, and the pool/beach created many memories... The suggestions for the restaurants were perfect. And all of the communication from your Bama Beach Houses from the booking process to the time of our stay were outstanding!! Our family of 15, 8 adults, 7 kids and an infant had a great stay! Loved the 4 king bedrooms. the 2 dorm rooms for kids. Lucky for us, the other side wasn’t rented, so we had the pool to ourselves. great location! Enjoyed the beach, and Gulf Shores never disappoints!

Perfect Vacation!

We had a perfect vacation!! The house was wonderful and fit all 17 of us comfortably.... [It] was a wonderful vacation for our family and we appreciate the ample space, two fridges and colorful walls! There are few houses in Gulf shores that accommodate multiple families, on the beach with a pool, so we value you sharing your beautiful house with us!! Parking was much easier than other houses too.

It was wonderful!

We had a WONDERFUL time and your home was beautiful. All the beds were comfortable and honestly, we really didn't have any complaints other Than my husband ...the TV messed up the 4th day and he couldn't watch Netflix. We had a couple of storms pop up so it was probably something to do with that. We will definitely be back and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to spend the week in your home and we will recommend you to other family members and friends.

Beautiful!!!

The house was great!!! So big. We loved that each bedroom had a bathroom. We had a couple of minor problems. One bedroom balcony door wouldn't lock for us. Someone came and after a few attempts he got it locked. We didn't touch it after that. The only negative I heard from our other people in the house is about the bathrooms (a couple bathtubs were stained, clean, not dirty, just stained). But I promise other than that the house was fantastic!!! We all loved it!!

Amazing Vacation

This place is everything I could have asked for! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and it held a comfortable temperature at all times. I absolutely love how close it was to the beach! The entire set up from the house to the pool to the beach was laid out so nice! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a total of 19 people that stayed and everyone had plenty of space. We were already thinking about when we could come back for another visit. I want to add that the property manager and owners were so amazing too! We lost the keys to our rental van the morning we were leaving. We ended up not able to leave until an hour past check out time and they were so understanding & accommodating! I was soo stressed over it and they could have kicked us out, instead they handled the situation with total compassion and we can’t thank them enough for that. Will definitely be back and would 100% recommend!

Beautiful home

We had a large group from 83 years old down to 1 year olds. Our stay was WONDERFUL with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. 2 refrigerators were definitely a plus for our group. The beds were all comfortable as well as all the furniture in the home. This is the FIRST beach house we have ever rented that we all at one point said, Turn the air up, I'm cold...lol saying that, on our last night the 2nd floor air went out. The owners had someone out in mo time to fix it. We told them they didn't have to send anyone that night bc the air was comfortable just coming from the other floors, but they sent someone anyway, which shows they want you to be very comfortable. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a NICE, BIG AND CLEAN HOME. The owners are GREAT and truly care about their guest. That's kinda hard to find these days. Looking forward to booking with them again.

Wonderful stay at Beach Baby

The house was so cute and we all had a wonderful stay! The whole process of checking in and leaving was super easy. I only had to reach out to the local management group once. We were not able to locate a blender!! On day 2 (Saturday) I texted the number asking if a blender could be provided, or if I just needed to go purchase one (which would've been fine too). I got an immediate response from Bama Beach Houses verifying that I had checked in all the cabinets as they had seen one the prior week. Once we were for sure we did not have one, they responded with “we will get one to you shortly.” And they did!!!! Super nice. Great response time. No complaints! Now we arrived on Friday, which was the start of Hangout Fest (so we saw lots of interesting people). Also, our sweet duplex neighbors staying in the East unit were there working, doing promotional work for the Reign/Monster energy company. The kids thought that was neat as they delivered multiple cases for free to our crew. Also, we loved the Waves store across the street and the restaurant was convenient as well (and yummy)! Seriously, we have no complaints and enjoyed our stay! Thank y'all for allowing us to share your home with us.
