Seain is Believin / Beachfront Condo with Large Balcony/Conveniently Located

SEAIN IS BELIEVIN is a beach front condo located at Ocean House 1 on the 6th floor. Physical address is 957 West Beach Blvd., Gulf Shores, Alabama. It is approximately one mile down the west beach from the Hang Out Restaurant on the beach side. Bahama Bobs Restaurant, Pier 33 convenience store and many other restaurants are within walking distance. There are also many recreational and fun things to do within a mile of the condo. Seain is Believin has recently been updated with coastal decor and the view is amazing! Each of the bedrooms have comfortable beds, with two double beds in the guest room and a king bed in the master. Each bedroom has a wall mounted t.v. Also, the sofa in the den is a queen size sofa sleeper. If you want to stay in and cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, serving dishes and many utensils. If you enjoy coffee, the kitchen also has a Mr.Coffee and a Keurig coffee maker. The complex includes one zero entrance pool and two kiddie pools located at each end. There is also a pergola located at each end of the pool for shade! BBQ Grills, drink and snack vending machines, and restrooms are conveniently located by the pool.
Come and enjoy the view of the sunrise and sunset from the balcony with the sound of waves crashing in the background. You might catch a glimpse of dolphins swimming nearby! Everything was wonderful. But the sliding door onto the balcony was very hard to close and lock. It took at least 5 mins to get to shut and lock. Very limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. overall it was great, view was beautiful and condo was clean!

This property was exactly as described and pictured. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well-appointed. The balcony seating was sufficient and comfortable. Parking was very convenient. The pool and beach access were perfect for our family. Communication with the owners was always timely and courteous. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location. Neat and very clean. Will recommend to others. Note no hot tub at the facility, but my mistake thinking small pool in photo was hot tub. We didn’t miss not having it. Great place to stay.

This was the ideal place to stay in Gulf Shores close to everything but far enough away for quiet! The beach was fabulous and never felt crowded would definitely return!

Great place with a great view of the ocean. The convenience for the beach, elevator, and parking lot was awesome! The best I’ve had. The host were very nice and answered any question I had immediately. I highly recommend and would stay again!

The property was as described. Location was short drive to many restaurants and attractions. Pool was very close and had plenty of room. Beach access was quick and easy. We will be staying here again.

Wonderful place to stay!

Loved the layout of the condo. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The condo is located in a great spot. Great view of the ocean and a quick step out to the beach. Check in and check out were very easy. We will definitely look to stay here again next year.

Perfect Beach Retreat

So so pleased with our stay at Seain' is Believin'. There wasn't a single thing we didn't appreciate and enjoy. Perfectly appointed spaces, super convenient location, parking and attendant were easy and reassuring, nearness to beach access and pool, relaxing decor in every room, great porch and porch furniture. We felt such rest and peace in this space. Would definitely recommend and will be so happy to return again. Thank you!!

Not one complaint! Beautiful condo. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels in bathroom. Was very clean and very quiet. Loved the binder filled with local places to visit. Easy check in and out. We had a great time.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were close by to everything! The view from our balcony was beautiful, to the white sandy beach, to watching dolphins out in the ocean practically every morning! Weather was beautiful every day and the pool was wonderful! Would definitely come back again! Mary and Jeff were very accommodating. Had a little problem getting in the door due to the latch and Jeff had someone out immediately to fix!

We have the hardest time sleeping when we travel away from home, but the primary bed was so unbelievably comfortable!! The condo was decorated beautifully, the pool was huge and VERY clean. Only issue was, the primary closet had a very musty smell and we didn’t hang our clothes in there. We are definitely saving this as a favorite for future trips.

My mom, dad, & I enjoyed this property so much! We didn’t want to leave when our stay was up. The condo was decorated very coastal and it was so pretty! The location was good, right in the middle of gulf shores but not too close to the hustle & bustle. I loved the binder the hosts included with the info about check in, check out & other things! we will be back!
