Unit 1203 at Seawind was just updated with all new bedding, some new furniture, new art and accessories, new king master mattress, and new deck furniture is coming soon (outdoor living room set up)! The condo is lovely and incredibly comfortable!!

The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. A very large laundry room is found off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer.

The owner is so thoughtful! You will find extras throughout this condo including a beach cart stocked with a few sands toys, beach chairs, and an umbrella to use during your stay!

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with a large TV. The living room overlooks the beach and has access to the gulf front deck. The dining room table sits 4 with more seating found at the kitchen bar.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION
Bedding arrangements (sleeps up to 8):
Master: King sized bed, private bath, gulf front deck access
Guest 1: King sized bed, semi-private bath
Guest 2: Queen size bed
High quality, double stacked queen sized air mattress with internal pump provided for extra sleeping arrangement.

Seawind is located in the heart of Gulf Shores and walking distance to so much classic Gulf Shores fun: the beach, Sea and Suds, Waffle House, The Hangout, Gulf State Fishing Pier, surf shops, ice cream, hot dogs and more!! Seawind has so many wonderful amenities for guests of all ages to enjoy!!

Someone from our staff personally checks your rental before your arrival to make sure everything is ready for you!! As one of our guests, you have access to us 24/7 should you need anything, have a question, or see something that needs our attention! CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
