Unit 1309 at Seawind is simply gorgeous and so incredibly comfortable!! It is a west end corner unit! This means you have an unobstructed and gorgeous view to the west from the deck and also the living room/dining area! So much natural light feels this spacious condo - it is wonderful!

The kitchen has beautiful solid wood cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. A very large laundry room is found off the kitchen with a full sized washer and dryer.

The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, including 2 recliners, with a large HDTV and DVD player. The living room overlooks the beach and has access to the gulf front deck. The dining room table sits 6 with 3 more seats found at the kitchen bar.

CLEAN BED GUARANTEE
All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

WHAT WE STOCK
As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. We are not set up like a hotel so we do not provide daily housekeeping or amenity restocking. Please bring the extra items you will need for your vacation.
