This condo is fantastic. Very clean and spacious. Huge balcony and incredible view. Also it’s a corner unit with stairs separating it from the rest on the floor so it is very quiet. We were so thankful that the host provided us with our umbrella and two chairs rental for the week. Parking pass was affordable - 50 for the entire week. Pool was great and had some areas always shaded. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops. This is the first time I’ve thought “when we come back I want this exact condo.”

Perfect in every way!

This was a fabulous property in a perfect location! The online description and photos are completely accurate - the unit was very clean and beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well-stocked, the furniture was comfortable, and the views were fabulous. The property was well-maintained and within walking distance of most anything one would need or want. Bender was responsive and fabulous, too! I highly recommend this property!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful place on the water, lots of space, and great location! The 3BR, 3 Bath was perfect for our family. The balcony is extra large which was wonderful.Suggestions- one bedroom ceiling fan needs attention, kitchen needs large frying pan. It would be nice to have extra toilet paper, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent and some Lysol wipes.

First time in Gulf Shores, Certainly won’t be the last

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fantastic experience at San Carlos 1201. The view from the room is beautiful and the rental experience was super easy. We loved that the condo was within walking distance of several great restaurants; everything you could want was nearby. Parking at the building is somewhat limited, but there is a large lot directly across the street. Our family also appreciated the elevators in the building. There are three of them and they are all fairly fast. We have stayed in other condominiums where trying to get an elevator can be a nightmare. There were also plenty of carts on site to assist with move in and move out. The condo itself was as advertised, very comfortable, with everything we needed. We hope to visit again in the future.
