Located directly on the beautiful white beaches with amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, this second floor, two-suite unit is a wonderful place to relax. Located one mile west of the hwy 59, the complex is convenient to all restaurants, shopping and night life.
A stacked washer and dryer are included for your convenience. Free high speed internet access via wi-fi is included, along with free local calls, and cable. Amenities also include iron and ironing board and all linens.
The complex has two pools, one heated (during the fall and winter months), and two kiddie pools. Best of all, you are only a few short steps to the beautiful sugary white sand beaches!

We provide one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, a roll of paper towels, a trash bag and a small bar of soap. This is enough to get started but NOT enough for the entire stay. We do not provide a blowdryer.

* A security guard is on duty for your safety. A parking pass can be purchased, up to 2 per unit, on-site with the guard. The cost is $30 for 14 days and $40 for up to 30 days. A new parking pass must be purchased every 30 days. If you need more than 2 passes please contact me directly for information prior to purchase.
* There is a 3.2% charge for using a credit or debit card.
* The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. You can cancel 30 days prior to check in to get your money back.

Great location, very easy to get to. All the food options you could want less than 20 min drive. Pool is good and the beach in front of the building was amazing.

Beachfront Vacation

We enjoyed our time on the beach with very comfortable accommodations and a stocked for kitchen. The location was fabulous and the ease getting in and around the building, pool and beach were really appreciated. Made for a veryrelaxing stay.

Our family enjoyed the beach and finding treasures along the shore, but our visit happened when the temps were a bit chilly to swim in the ocean! Thankfully, the heated pool allowed us to enjoy outdoor swimming a short walk from our condo

My sister and I had a great weekend. The condo is so close to the beach. From the balcony you’re overlooking the pool and it feels like you’re sitting on the beach.

Vacay 2024

Condo was adequate for our stay. Location was great for local restaurants. Normally we go to Florida panhandle. Our personal preference is the blue water of Florida. No issues at all with our stay or the facilities. Condo was comfortable We do cook in more so the only drawback for us was kitchen size and room in the kitchen. We made due and enjoyed our stay.
