Nice Room No Lobby Desk Personnel Could be cleaner

It was a beautiful place, peaceful environment. It could have been cleaner, floors and carpet need deep cleaning. Ceiling fans covered in dust, which fell of when we turned the fan on. I don't regret the visit, and may do it again. The owner of my unit should be aware that the unit needs a through cleaning. I will get there early next time and request a cleaning if it needs it. I didn't mind spending the money, but deserve cleanliness.

Great location and deal for the price!

The condo was very nice and spacious and only a few feet from the beach! When. Or on the beach we looked at it from our balcony...a great way to start and end the day!!!

Unit 202 was less than impressive

I do not think there is a bad location in Orange Beach, so that part was excellent. The condo itself was less than impressive. The beds were like sleeping on a hard floor. We all got up each morning with aching backs and sore muscles. The condo was invested with fruit flies that just seemed to keep multiplying. The smoke detector had a bad battery and chirped until we changed it ourselves. The vacuum cleaner did not have any suction so no matter how much we tried to prevent tracking sand indoors, our tile floors felt gritty all week. The coffee pot was broken so we had to go buy a new one and we left it there for the next guests. The buildings were lacking charm, as the entire facility seemed dated. The outdoor pool was small and had very few lounge chairs. It was also not centrally located. The only employee we ever saw was a very nice security woman.

Great for family and great location!

My family and I were very happy with our stay. The condo was a nice size and the view of the beach was fabulous. We will definitely stay here again.

Plain Jane condo

This condo is clearly only a rental. It has absolutely no personality and most things haven't been changed since it was built. The few dishes and plastic furniture on the balcony could be upgraded at the Dollar Store. While saying that, it was clean, large and in a good area of the beach. The pool was quiet since there weren't a large number of people there. The check in process is quite a distance away and was almost missed by us in the small print. The person who checked us in was friendly and helpful, however. There is a washer and dryer for convenience.

Beach front condo

The condo was nicely decorated and the kitchen was great. Nice granite countertops and plenty of space. The view was wonderful and it was a elevator ride down to a door where we were right on the beach. The bed didnt sleep great but it was at least a king size. We were not aware that there is no lobby at this hotel. When you arrive you have to drive 10 minutes down the road to pick up your arrival package with your condo number and the entry code to go in. This is not a hotel so there is no maid service. But there is a washer and dryer in the condo. Overall it was a great stay. We will definately go back again.

Not a good place to relax

The room was very nice had a great view but it was very hard to relax with construction going on loud sawing noises I work two jobs I get one week a year off I don't mind spending money on my vacation but I expect to be able to relax it was very annoying there was only two rolls of toilet paper for 6 people and 2 packets soap for the dish washer when I spend 250 a night in off season I expected better in your survey you ask about hotel staff we never saw any

Very nice comdo

The condo was nicely done. Although older, it had been kept in shape. It has nice large rooms and baths. The only drawback is the tv in the living room had terrible reception (the picture is fuzzy, would sometimes blackout etc). The tvs in the bedrooms worked perfectly.

Family vacation with my children

Family vacation with my children and grand child. It was great..we were watching television and all of a sudden a picture fell off the wall and the glass broke in the picture. That was the only issue we had. Well there were several knots that we could not get rid of but we managed

Clean, comfortable, beautiful beach view

My family stayed here for spring break. The condo was perfect- it was roomy, comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and small appliances making preparation of the few meals we had in the condo easy. The location is close to a grocery, drug store, restaurants and shopping. We have no complaints.... Not even from our teenage daughters. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo

We had the pleasure of staying here during a cold and rainy 4 days in January 2014. The room was beyond comfortable and quite clean . We were on the ground floor--and the ocean view was spectacular. The beach was clean and close. Oh--but the weather were better :) The only problem we had was with the internet. We had problems, and called the number given to us at check in to get help. After being on hold for 10 minutes, the person at that number couldn't help us without an access number. I called back to the resort and they had no idea what this was. Therefore no internet for the trip. Very Catch 22! Also note the check in place was 7 miles past the resort.
