Walking distance to beach

Was given wrong keys office was closed so we had to hunt down somebody to give us correct keys. TVs in bedrooms need to be updated house needs a good cleaning, grill outside rusted and broken so no grilling ☹️. Also extra comforters were covered in dog hair. But house was in a good location to beach would have been nice if they provided beach chairs, umbrella and a wagon since it is alittle walk.
