  • Tropic Isle #701 is an east corner gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 7th floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are two full baths. The street-side master has an en suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Sleeps 4. Both master and guest bedroom have king beds. This unit has a designated parking space under building labeled 701.

    Tropic Isle is an 8 story building with 5 units per floor located 0.3 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Tropic Isle has an outdoor pool and grilling area.

    STAY AND PLAY
    This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo, and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

I didn’t know what to expect upon arrival with my best friend, but wow was I pleasantly surprised. Everything was neat and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. It could use some updating in the bathrooms but wasn’t a problem for me. I hope to stay here again next year.

Everything that I needed was provided to make me feel at home, and the location is within walking distance to nice restaurants, and other entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer. The Wi-Fi was weak throughout the condo but wasn’t a big deal to me, although someone with kids may differ. Overall my stay was awesome and I look forward to another relaxing stay soon.

The kitchen was well stocked and when I reported that the electric can opener was missing the cutting part, it was replaced that day. The only negative was the sheets on the master bed. The bottom sheet felt like sandpaper it was so rough. I’m not sure if maybe they were new and hadn’t been washed. Overall our stay was great and beach access was only steps away. The view was awesome! Definitely on my “return to” list.

The on call maintenance guy showed up within an hour and got it back working. He also made sure we got everything to our room before leaving. The shower had some water damage from the faucet but the rental company was very quick to respond and get the issue resolved. Loved the ease of texting and having a response shortly after. Would definitely use this company again in the future.
