Unit 804 Chrystal Shores West-See For Miles From The Private Balcony!

We purchased this condo on January 1, 2021. The condo has new interior paint, wood look tile plank flooring throughout, new furniture, new vanity faucets , new toilets, and all of the beds have new premium mattresses.
Gulf Shores Vacation Life: Wake up and go out to your large private balcony and listen to the waves coming in on the beautiful white sand beach. Watch the dolphins playing in the Gulf of Mexico and sea birds dive bombing in the surf. This can be your best and most affordable family beach vacation ever! The condo can sleep 6 comfortably. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is well supplied with everything you need to prepare a quick snack or a gourmet meal. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, private bath with marble shower and access to the balcony. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin beds, TV, and access to the hall bath. The large living room has a queen size sleeper sofa, TV and DVD player. There is a full size washer/dryer in the unit. The complex has a indoor/outdoor zero entry pool with lounge chairs, a hot tub, sauna, gym with Gulf view, 2 pool tables, and a foosball table. There is a walk way to the beach with shower to rinse off the sand after a fun day. There is a grill area with 4 stainless grills. Our condo is owner operated and veteran owned! All of our rates INCLUDE CLEANING, LOCAL & COUNTY LODGING TAX, & 1 PARKING PASS. AN ADDITIONAL STATE LODGING TAX OF 4% IS ADDED TO THE RATE PER STATE LAW. 1 Additional parking pass is available for a extra charge. During the peak vacation season (May 29 to August 21) I only rent the condo Saturday to Saturday for 7 nights. You must be at least 25 years old to rent the condo.

During the peak vacation season May 29th to August 21st I only rent the condo for 7 nights Saturday to Saturday.
The rental fee includes 1 parking pass. You may purchase 1 additional pass from me. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per condo.
Absolutely no parties allowed. You must be at least 25 years old to rent the condo.

Great condo for a beach getaway

We loved our time here. We have stayed at this complex several times and have never had any issues! Loved the chairs on the balcony, view is amazing, condo was nice and clean on arrival.

I will definitely stay again. Very nice condo and what a view from balcony. The balcony furniture was very relaxing and accommodated are son and his family when visiting. The were staying in a different condo in same complex. They commented on how our condo was better furnished. Communication with owner was easy and very prompt replies. Can’t go wrong with this one!

Our condo was perfect for what we were looking for! The only downside was that only one elevator was working in our building and we were on the 8th floor! We loved our view of the beach and our condo was perfectly located!
