Viva La Kiva by GSVR | Beachfront Home w/ Private Pool at Kiva Dunes + FREE Activities/Golf

  • Viva La Kiva is a beautiful beachfront home with true coastal feel, 6 King bedrooms, each with a private bath, an elevator, and a private 10'x28' private pool that can be heated from October to May for $60 per day. It has amazing views with broad porches that span the width of each of the three levels of the house.

    Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $700/day). Sorry, Kiva Dunes is not one of the courses that participates in the free activities program but is available to play at normal rates. Free rounds are available at Gulf Shores Golf Club, Lost Key, and Soldier's Creek.

    The bottom floor has a gracious entry, a screened porch that overlooks the private pool, a bedroom with a King bed plus a twin daybed and twin trundle, a full bath, a laundry, and the garage.

    The middle floor features a family room and 4 King bedrooms, each with a private bath.

    The top floor has a large living area with amazing views, a huge round dining table that our guests love, a kitchen, a powder room, and the master bedroom and bath. The master bedroom has a King bed plus an alcove with a twin daybed and twin trundle.

    Located in the Kiva Dunes Beach and Golf Resort, Viva La Kiva is on a huge beachfront lot and has access to neighborhood tennis courts as well as the golf course and lodge.

The house was amazing and accommodating for thirteen of us…plenty of room! The elevator was a plus, especially since the kitchen is located on the top level. The views were spectacular, and we loved the secluded location…definitely hope to return for another visit soon.

First of all, the house is amazing! The views incredible and we had excellent weather and we were able to enjoy the beach and the pool. The staff and rental agents were responsive and professional. We will definitely be back!

Spring Break 2024

Amazing house and property with everything that is needed. The kids loved being able to go from the pool to the beach and then back and forth again and again. For a house of this size it was amazing how clean and spotless it was. Hats off to the cleaning crew that takes care of this property. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend and would stay again for sure.

The only real downfalls were that the pool wasn't heated when we arrived and took a couple of days to get warm...and not to the 88degrees advertised. The elevator was also hit or miss...needs to be looked at. All in all we love Gulf Shores and the house. Next year we will pick a warmer time of year to enjoy the ocean.

We had great communication with the rental company anytime we needed something. There are a few things that would be helpful to have in the home and I submitted those items so hopefully they are there when we return next year. It’s our 4th trip to Gulf Shores and the 3rd house we have stayed in and the area and house are our absolute favorite!! The added and included activities are a huge plus. Our group enjoyed the fishing trip, miniature golf, golf, dolphin cruise and parasailing (some multiple times during the 11 days we were there).

Great stay from 13 women, but............

We loved our stay and rebooked for next year. Especially loved the round dining table that seated 13 perfectly! However we trust that the water filter/dispenser on refrigerator in kitchen will be fixed. (We had to bring in many gallons of water for coffee and drinking as we were told in grocery to not drink the tap water) AND we hope all doors and accesses are properly secure. We had several sliding glass doors that would not lock properly. We look forward to next yr. With an extra day added.

Worked perfectly for our family, giving each of my 4 kids family's their privacy as well as more than enough common space for meals, games, and fun both inside and out. We had 3 occasions to contact the owner during our stay with questions and they got back to us immediately and solved our concern. Best hosts! Location is 25 minute drive from town, but worth it if you value privacy and want to treat yourself like the rich and famous for a week ~ If you have the opportunity to spend a week in paradise, I highly recommend Viva La Kiva.

We rented it in 2023 and re-rented it for 2024. However when we tried to re-rent for the following year prior to end of our stay, GSVR allowed someone else to rent our timeframe for 2025. I understand anyone wanting to stay here. All rooms are king suites and first and 3rd floor ensuites have extra sleeping of twin & trundle or queen size murphy bed. Love the living area is on top floor and the large round table is awesome for a large group. We are so sad that now we have to go back to the drawing board to find another place for our group. NOT HAPPY about that!

Didn’t feel cramped as the condo is very spacious. Loved the pool & the elevator came in very handy as we had two family members with mobility restrictions.had a couple of minor problems during our stay which were corrected quickly. One thing I’d bring to the owner’s attention is garbage pick up. The bins were not taken out on designated garbage day & bins were over full before the next pickup day. Minor problem but wanted to let you know. Overall a very pleasant week & would definitely recommend facility to everyone.Thanks

Only a handful of loungers around the pool? Deck not big enough? Not here! This big beautiful house was perfect for our stay with 3 generations and extended family. Lots of room to gather with plenty of seats for everyone both inside and out. Plus plenty of spaces to spread out when you need some quiet time. The pool and deck area was a great place to get some sun or read in the shade. The elevator was a bonus. The house was very clean with comfortable beds. And you pretty much have the beach to yourself. Quiet secluded area to relax and unwind. It’s a little drive to town for groceries, etc, but well worth it to be away from it all. Stop at the Beignet Cafe, they are made to order and are piping hot and delicious. Definitely recommend this rental. We will be back.

We had tons of room to spread out. The house was clean and tidy top to bottom. We had ONE issue at the house, on our first night, and they were out within an HOUR to correct it! My family LIVED in the beautiful pool for most of the trip. My family wants to come back and stay again SOON, and so do I!! Side note-we were provided a variety of free or reduced price activities to go to around the area. My nephews did the free golf and they had a great time. Just be aware: If you come around Spring Break, the area is loaded with families. The small stores could not handle all the demand for groceries. It was the same for many of the restaurants. Be prepared to either have some groceries with you when you arrive, or to take the 10 minute ride into town to shop there. A small grocery store near us would not have eggs in again for 2 days! We drove into town and the store was LOADED with eggs!! Thank You for a fabulous time!

We loved it then, so we decided to stay again with three other couples that we often vacation with. We all had a great time. The location is great, away from the hustle and bustle, but only a few minutes drive to all the great restaurants. Our friends liked so much, we have already booked Viva la Kiva again for next February. Very clean. Beautiful condition. I highly recommend Viva la Kiva for your next vacation.
