A quick walk takes you to the gorgeous white sand beaches of the Gulf and only steps away from the Kiva Dunes Golf Course. Located only 15 minutes from historic Fort Morgan and the Fort Morgan ferry. Directions:
Head West on Fort Morgan Road until you reach Plantation Road (The Plantation Resort and Kiva Dunes sign on the south side of the road).
Take a left on Plantation Road and stay straight left until you reach the security booth. From the security booth take an immediate right and stay to the right until you reach a stop sign near the trash containers. Take a right at the stop sign and stay to your right. The building will be the first on your left before you reach the houses. Unit #1366 is on the third floor near the middle of the building. The elevators and grocery cart buggies are on the west side of the building. The trash containers are on the north east side of the building near the stop sign.

Side Notes:
There is an additional $35 parking pass required to pay at security upon arrival.

Please remember to bring “extra little things” as we do not provide extra toiletries, soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags or coffee filters.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Set A/C at 72 degrees during warm months Set heat at 65 degrees during cold months.
Please do not move the patio table. It is tied to the deck in case of high winds.
Return fitness key card on the kitchen counter
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
