With two bedrooms featuring king-size beds, a cozy sleeper sofa, and bunk beds in the hallway, the unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. Two full bathrooms, three flat-screen TVs, and high-speed WiFi ensure convenience and entertainment for everyone.
Step out onto your private beachfront balcony and enjoy the sights and sounds of the Gulf. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, and an in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays hassle-free. As a top-floor corner unit, you are provided with extra privacy and peaceful surroundings with stunning sunrise and sunset views.
The Clearwater complex offers a sparkling outdoor pool, BBQ grills for al fresco dining, and elevator access for ease. The complex also boasts on-site parking for 2 vehicles. 1 Parking Pass will be left for you in the unit and the $45 charge is included in the rate. Additional parking passes can be purchased for $45 if a second vehicle is brought in for the length of the stay.
All booking fees are included in the quoted price. Sun n Sand requires a separate point of contact form to be filled out, and a separate security deposit of 300 is required 2 days before check-in. This deposit will come across as a hold on your credit card and will be released after you check out, unless there is damage done to the property.
