I would highly recommend this property! Its proximity to the ocean, the restaurants and casinos was perfect for my sister and I. The condo has everything you could possibly want or need. It was very clean and affordable. The “check in” process was about as easy as it gets. I would most definitely seek this property out again!

The host was so accommodating and sweet. She answered all of my questions and answered her phone when I called. She even held a conversation with me and gave us some cool places to check out during our stay. The home was very comfortable and clean. The amenities were so nice as well. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to enjoy a wonderful experience in Gulfport!

Perfect location for our trip. Easy access to Gulfport, Biloxi and Interstate 10. The property is perfect size for a small family. Communication with the host was great as well. She always kept us up to date with any thing we needed to know. I plan to book with her again next year, once we know the dates of our trip.

We love the Villas at Legacy and have stayed here several times in a variety of sizes, 3,2 and 1 bedroom. Nice and quiet except for the occasional train. Will continue staying here for family vacations and little get always.

Enjoyed staying at this clean, 1 bedroom villa. You can’t go wrong with Villas at Legacy. Other than the occasional train, it is nice and quiet. The grounds and pools are well maintained. We already have this booked again for 4 days next month! Great location and host!

Baseball tournament

Perfect family stay

I went to biloxi for grandsons baseball tournament. Close to his teams hotel and convenient to all ball fields around town. Peaceful and quiet and clean. We stayed same place last year so happy to come back again! Thank you for the nice accommodations!

The condo did not disappoint! It was very clean and had everything you could need. The location was perfect, with Biloxi and Gulf Port right there. The pool on the property was very nice as well, not crowded at all. When I go back, I will definitely stay here again!

Gulfport sanctuary

The villa complex was well maintained and attractive as was the unit itself. It was very comfortable and the manager was very quick to respond to my messages. My only complaint is that, while there was a container for them, amenities like body wash and DW soap were empty and there wasn’t a parking pass in the kitchen as promised. Small items, of course. Oversll, a good place to stay to visit my friend.

Wonderful place

We had such a wonderful time on vacation this year and it mainly had to do with where we stayed. This is such a great place! Great location, great amenities, great condo! We usually always eat out when we go on vacation. Not this time! We went and picked up groceries from Walmart right down the road and ate at our place nearly all week, saving us lots of money. The place is very quiet and we felt very safe there. We loved the pool. We went just about everyday. The neighbors are wonderful. Loved getting to know them too! Just overall great place! Can’t wait to come back again sometime! We will definitely be using this place anytime it’s available! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Villa stay

My husband and I stayed from March 31st - April 11th. This property is very nice, the property is relatively quiet in terms of occupants. An active train track is next to the property and quite a few trains do go thru the day and night with horns, after a day orbtwo you really dont hear then anymore. My husband and I used the larger pool daily and had it to ourselves most days. The pool was not heated and is cool, but the hot tub was nice.. The condo has quite a few stairs to get into. The bathtub/shower and its deeper and has a step to get into it in the middle with no grab bar and it was a bit difficult. Plenty if bath towels. It was clean, however there were a few pieces of food on the floor and dust bunnies in a few places. The bed was a memory foam mattress and was comfortable and has a larger walk in closet, but no dresser. The kitchen was well stocked, but it only has a keurig coffee maker, a 12 cup pot would have been preferred. We did have a issue with the garage door code not working, but it did open with the button inside the garage. The property owner happened to be clise and did meet us to look at it. Trailers are not allowed on the property, we ended up keeping it in the garage and parked our truck outside. Most restaurants and activities are about 15 minutes and its an easy drive in both directions. The beach is about a 10 minute walk and was 16 miles of sugar sand. Overall this was a great pick and we will be back.

I must say,myself and my kids really enjoyed our stay very much! I will be back sooner than I thought. I'll recommend this Villa to anyone who's looking for a nice pleasant quiet and relaxing area. Now, there is a train that passing through. But, to be fair that wasn't a bother honestly. The pool area was a vibe. It's spacious and beautiful. The water was great! I felt safe and secured with peace of mind knowing that this was the right decision in choosing this rental.You are pretty much around everything you need to enjoy your stay. I'm a energetic fun person that's why I booked this space because it's around all the fun. The Mississippi Children Museum,the Mississippi Aquarium as well as Big Time Play. So many food choices. The Mall is literally right there.And last but not least, the beach is right at your footstep.There were some minor things I've spoke to Mrs.Katy about replacing and fixing for future guest to get 1000% of what Mrs Katy has to offer when choosing her rental. In the meantime, I'll say overall Mrs.Katy was a great host. Mrs.Katy made the mini vacation simple and easy with details,all the amenities we needed and recommendations and (ETC).THANKS A bunch! Can't wait to return.
