Enjoyable vacation

Enjoyed the proximity to the beach, casinos, and restaurants. Especially Cajuns Fabulous Fried Chicken and The Reef!

Gorgeous little bungalow

We absolutely loved this place and loved the location! It had everything we needed to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner! Everything was clean and very nice. We will definitely stay here again if it's available for our next trip down to Gulfport!

Great house!

We LOVED this place! The decor was fabulous! So cozy! All the amenities you could think of! Great location! Had never been to Gulf Port- definitely recommend the tour to Ship Island, beautiful beach and water!

Cute house in quiet neighborhood

We stayed here for a short trip at Thanksgiving. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the host was great and they were responsive. We'd definitely book again if in the area.

The Bungalow was a pleasant place to visit for the week.

It was a comfortable place to be, we had everything we needed for our stay. We were very satisfied with everything that was provided for our use as guests. Loved the large washer and dryer, the two bathrooms were one of the main reasons we booked this place having two teenagers. We were very comfortable in The Bungalow. Thank you

The house was so cute! My friends and I felt safe in the neighborhood. There is 3 locks on the door which added a higher sense of security. The ring door bell also made us feel extra safe.

Nice getaway

House is small but comfortable. Location is ok, older quiet neighborhood. Walking trail just a short walk down the dead end street was a plus for our dog. Short drive to public beaches was great, would not recommend walking to beach. Very nice casino just a 5+ min drive. Will stay again some time soon.

Solid stay

Property is super cute and decorated in a vintage/boho feel. We didn’t cook but kitchen had a good selection of pots and pans along with spices. There are inside and outside games plus beach essentials. Washer/dryer was a plus for us and we appreciated the pods and dryer sheets provided. Good choice for someone bringing their dogs. They have a good size yard, not fenced, but ample space to walk them without having to walk away from the property. Kitchen and living/dining areas are large and open.

Great House

This house is exactly as presented in the photos. Clean, tastefully decorated, with a nice sized yard and a large front porch for morning coffees and afternoon reading. Gulfport sites and shopping are easily accessed by car and the beach is just a 10 minute walk along safe pathways. Our dogs enjoyed the walking trail through the wetland park at the end of the road. We spent a wonderful month exploring the area from this comfortable home base. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Having a BBQ and full-sized laundry were great bonuses.

Not quite what we expected

This is a cute property in a quiet neighborhood. The house host was very responsive and the house is stocked for a comfortable stay. The blinds were a concern because they are see-through and we did have a few little visitors in the kitchen at night. The foundation in the house has also shifted so the backdoor required more effort and you might feel a little off center while you are in the house. Otherwise, a clean and comfortable stay.

Cute cozy cottage

I enjoyed srating at this property with my boys. It is nicely decorated in a similar style to our home which is likely part of what drew me to it. The house was as advertised. We appreciated having the use of beach chairs and a cooler. The kitchen was nicely stocked including sesoninhs to prepare meals. We only prepared breakfast each day. Also the washer and dryer are always a welcomed amenity so that we can minimize how much we pack when traveling for a week. I liked the porch and attempted to have coffee there in the morning but the humidity wouldn't let me. All in all it was a pleasant comfortable stay.

Stay in Golf Shores.

The stay was very good. Had trouble getting the door open and locked. Need to check it out. Thought we were not going to be able to get I. The ceiling vents need to be cleaned pretty bad. Very dirty. It was awesome to have everything that we could possibly need in a rental. We brought a porch chair in because the furniture did not sit very comfortable. The place was close to where my meeting was so it was convenient. Overall good stay. Hot and humid. Not used to that. I know it is normal for there.

The Bungalow

This property was everything we were looking for and then some! Some of our party arrived earlier than planned and the host, after housekeeping finished, graciously allowed them early entry. The house was clean and well stocked. We even had beach towels and chairs available. The house is older but the inside has been updated and is very cute and cozy! We were as close to the beach as we expected to be, though we didn't try walking to it from the property (it is not a straight shot). We were very close to convenience stores and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries, though we really didn't find anything to ask for- pretty much anything we could think of was provided (right down to cotton swabs and hair pins). Would definitely recommend staying here!

Shades house

Owner was responsive to questions. Check in process was easy. However there are a items that could be addressed: 1. Window coverings are see through even in the bedrooms and bathroom. The owner told us it was a safe neighborhood but we still didn’t want to be seen when changing clothes or walking in the house. We were able to find enough blankets and throws to cover them so you couldn't see into the house. 2. It would be nice if there were washcloths provided. We only had towels and hand towels. 3. The tub faucet is about to come out of the wall and the toilet seat is very loose. 4. We actually left a day early because there was an odor in the house. I am having to wash all our clothes that were taken into the house. 5. The walk to the beach is dangerous. Walking down busy roads with no sidewalks or any room on the side of the road. The house could use a deep clean. 6. A lot of dust around base boards and the bathroom vent needs to be cleaned. We have stayed at many VRBO's and have never had to leave an unsatisfactory review.

A fenced yard would have been nice. One of our pups is leashed trained and the other is not. Overall we had a great experience. AC works perfectly. The decor was perfect. Very comfortable home away from home for a few days.

Brothers Birthday Travels

We enjoyed our time and the location was perfect for us. Would recommend and will stay again if we are ever in that location again. Can't say what cooking would be like because we didn't do any. Everything else was great and having two bathrooms was wonderful with four adults.
