We booked this condo because we stayed here two years ago and really loved the whole property, particularly the location of this villa. It is very close to the smaller pool, but not right on it. It overlooks a pond with a fountain. The view was lovely sitting on the porch every morning with coffee or having breakfast. The condo is conveniently all on the 1st floor. The resort is very quiet and uncrowded. The grandkids loved the big zero entry pool with the sprayers, and the playground in the back of the property.The condo is very nicely decorated. The living room and dining room furniture are comfortable. There is plenty of cookware and dishes for meals. There is also a pantry to store food now. Last time it had been locked with no where to put our items, but I was glad to see this resolved.The not so good is still the beds. They are pretty hard and the sheets really need to be replaced. We had this same issue two years ago and I think the same sheets are still being used. They are pilled, rough and threads are coming out of the middle. Also, there were not enough towels. There's one per person for 6 people, but no pool or beach towels. So be sure to bring your own.The toilet seats should probably be replaced too. They were pretty worn.We had a couple of issues with the a/c, gate code and garage remote, but management was quick to respond and resolve them for us.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would probably stay here again particularly for the location.

Nice relaxing condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was in a quiet complex near a pool and overlooking a pond with fountain. It was near the front so the passing trains didn't bother us at all. There is a larger pool in the back with a zero entry and sprayers that were fun for the kids. We preferred the pool right outside our door because half of it was shaded in the afternoon. The condo has a small patio perfect for morning coffee while watching the fountain.The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and even a few seasonings, so we could make our meals. The only thing we needed was a place to store all the food we brought. The pantry was locked and all the cabinets were full, so we had to keep everything on the counters.The master bed was disappointing as it was a bit too firm and the sheets were rough and pilled. At least the room was cool. The queen bedroom stayed quite warm even with the fan on. I believe the bed was comfortable though. The twin room seemed to be fine.The master bathroom was huge and both had nice big tubs. There were enough towels for 6 people and some sample size soaps and shampoos. The condo was clean when we arrived, except the floors needed to be mopped. My grandchildren's bare feet were black until my husband swiffered the floor. Fortunately there were a few cleaning supplies there.The management company was mostly easy to contact. My husband had left something in the condo after we had checked out and after a few attempted phone calls, he was able to go back in to retrieve it a few hours later.For the most part we enjoyed our stay here and would probably rent at Legacy Villas again. The Gulfport beaches were very uncrowded and the sand nice. It was a little too far to walk from the condo, but very easy to find a spot to park right next to the beach. Even though the water isn't as pretty as Florida, my grandkids still had a great time playing in it. We also enjoyed Lynn Meadows children's museum and Edgewater

Perfect Stay!

Game here to play some softball at the Sportsplex In Gulfport. Wanted room for my family of 7 to relax and enjoy the week. This place was great. Food all around. Beach across the street. Nice pool. Very quiet and relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.
