  • Great Newer Built home across from the beach.. Home will feature one room with 4 full size bunk beds. One room with a king bed and the last room with 2 full size beds. Home comes with 2 bathrooms with views to the ocean and beach.

    Enjoy this Newer 2023 New Built home! Experience the MS Gulfport coast with only crossing over the road to the beach! Great kitchen setup with multiple appliances.

    This is an all Second Story Home with a beautiful front side balcony to enjoy the beach view with a hint of cool breeze.

    Great WIFI signal for those on the road in need to work and enjoy a beer or margarita on the balcony

    Please - No smoking inside the building

    We are pet friendly with a fee

    Great size tv's (55 inches) in each room with streaming services included! (Netflix, Hulu, HBO)

    Plenty of local great restaurants near by which are just a treat!

    Don't mind gambling a little with Island View Casino in a short distance and multiple casinos near by within driving distances.

    West Side Park within a within driving distance and with water features!

    Mississippi Aquarium down the beach main rd about 1 mil away

    Friendship Oak, Gulf Islands Waterpark are also near by.

    For your protection we do have exterior only cameras on the property
