Check-in was quick and effortless, and we were assigned a dedicated staff member who stayed in touch with us throughout our stay and took care of every requirement promptly. A special shoutout to the housekeeping team — their service was simply exceptional. Every time we stepped out of the villa and returned, the room felt like it was prepared fresh for day one. This happened multiple times a day, and honestly, I’m still amazed at how perfectly they managed it. The entire stay was truly relaxing. Not even for a single moment did we face any issues or feel the need to follow up on anything — everything was handled proactively and with genuine care. "The whole experience was above and beyond our expectations. Starting with the home reefs that is so rich in marine life, we felt we didn't need to go to another place for snorkeling. The bungalows were outstanding, and had everything we needed for spending our vacation days in great comfort. "The beach villa is nice. Close to a small beach. You can walk to any place from the room, but the facility sends you a buggy to pick you up and drop you anywhere you like. The room is clean, the staff is super friendly at all times. Balcony faces the beach but there is some green and some trees in between. Still nice private room."

A special mention to Tiger, who received us at the port and escorted us to the hotel — he’s truly a gem of a person! Always available, always helpful, and genuinely caring.
