"A beautiful place to stay - very well appointed with great places to sit outside and just enjoy the surroundings. We arrived late on our first night, which was no problem at all, and it was an easy check in process as Samantha, the host, provided really easy instructions on how to access the property. So much bird life in the mornings to enjoy whilst having a coffee or two looking over the property, grass paddocks, the trees and mountains. We sat outside again on the same couch in the afternoon enjoying a few beers, watching the afternoon sun slowly settle over the same mountains - so therapeutic being from Sydney. Would definitely come back here, and stay at least 2 nights, to really immerse into the property and surrounds."

"We couldn't have loved our stay at Sam's more. 16 people comfortably accommodated. Peaceful, beautiful, outdoor spaces that pulled you outside. It was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy, and bonus that it is pet-friendly. All the little touches made for such an easy stay and everything has been thought of.A great spot to meet when you have family in Brisbane and Sydney, and a wonderful opportunity to support regional communities. Valla Beach Tavern, Nourish Grocer, and the Valla Beach Markets were all a hit with our group. We can't wait for the chance to visit again."

"This was so cosy and relaxing. There was a bedroom and sunroom with a kitchenette, beds, tv and wardrobe. There was a gorgeous little verendah overlooking the pool. On the other side of the verandah was the bathroom with a gorgeous bath shower with excellent pressure and laundry. It was great for our short stay and would definitely stay again"
