"Our family (2 adults, 2 kids) loved our stay at this cottage! The kids spent lots of time playing at the little sandy beach and jumping off the dock. There was plenty of space to lounge outside. The kitchen and bedrooms had everything we needed. We would definitely come back again."
Tranquility on the River

"it is right on the river and we enjoyed the stunning sunrises and sunsets . It was close to a variety store if you run out of anything.Can't say enough about the nice views and there is a marina down the road if you want to rent some canoes (or if you have a paddleboard the river is calm) the place was clean and well stocked , the bathrooms were nice and lots of towels we only used dishwasher once at the end of our stay(we were only 2 of us ) bed was comfortable and with the window open it was nice and cool,I really recommend this place ! Good roads driving up to Britt. Host was very easy to get a hold of and answered all questions quickly. It wasn't difficult to take our recycling and garbage home as there is not a regular pickup but that is a small thing for such a peaceful setting ."
Fabulous New Georgian Bay Cottage on the water!

"We had a wonderful stay at the Byng Inlet cottage. Everything was very clean, and the hosts were responsive with questions and very accommodating to us (thank you C and Z!), very nice folks. The view from the deck and the access to the water was great, we loved using the kayaks and playing horseshoes. Our only "complaint" was that the bedding (pillow/duvet/sheet) needs an upgrade- but overall we loved it and would book again, it was a really relaxing getaway and we enjoyed having quick access to some of the provincial parks too. Beautiful spot, thanks for letting us stay! :)"

"Overall, great experience, free firewood, access to canoeing, kayak and lifejackets. Place was clean. The view was breathtaking and our dog Max loved his first ride on the canoe and kayak. Access to private beach via canoe. Quiet no neighbours hardly. Ver accommodating. Private BBQ. My husband and I will back again. We can’t wait!"

"We absolutely loved our week at Richard’s Island. The home was beyond expectations!! Beautiful is an understatement. The PaB Archipelago area provided endless boating, paddling and swimming adventures. Our host (Paul) was outstanding. He went above & beyond… Thank you "
Georgian Bay Riverside Retreat

"The property and experience was good. We enjoyed the stay very much. However, there were some issues with the description of the property and conditions during the stay. (Constructive criticism only.) For example:- The yard between the buildings was occupied by one of the docks stored there; so not very usable.- The septic bed was leaking fumes making the area between buildings unpleasant if the winds were calm or low.- The garage that was supposed to be available for parking was full of miscellaneous items and materials and therefore not available.- Inside was well equipped but little things needed repair/tightening or cleaning. e.g. loose toilet seats, loose water spiggot, curtain rod that fell off, non-functioning blinds, etc.- The sofa & futon in the main building were very uncomfortable although those in the cabin were very comfortable.- The stereo & DVD player were not present but we had our own devices and used the TVs. Satelite service and internet were excellent.- The general store down the road was very good and had most if not all essentials. Too bad neither advertised this. We didn't need to bring as much food as we did.- Lots of outdoor chairs and benches so we didn't need the ones we brought.- RO water filter for drinking water was a great idea/feature.- There was a row boat but no oars. Didn't know if it was OK to use it so we left it alone. Kayaks were fun for those who could use them (not older folks).- Deck nails protruded. Railing not to code."
