About this property

The Mountaineer Apartment - Gunnison

  • Welcome to The Mountaineer Apartment brand new on the market in May 2023! Conveniently located across the street from Western State College on N Colorado. This space is perfect for visiting the school, or just Gunnison in general. The apartment is located above the garage of our other rental home, The Mountaineer.

    Alley entrance- Open the door (with your door code) to the flight of stairs, you enter the Livingroom/Kitchen area with a sleeper sofa and a cozy electric fireplace. This area has a washer/dryer and 1/2 bath. Adjoining this space is 1 bedroom with a queen bed and 1 full bath.

    Sorry, the garage is kept private for the owners, but you can park next to the garage (Space enough for 1 car.) All extra cars will need to be parked along the street.
