호텔은 비교적 깨끗했고 특히 화장실과 욕실이 따로 분리가 되어있어 좋았다. 다만 화장실 변기 물내려가는 소리가 깜짝 놀랄 정도로 너무 요란했던 점 그리고 욕실벽에 왜 거울이 매립되어 있는지 상당히 찝찝한 기분. 간척지내의 공업단지 근처에 위치해서인지 호텔로 가는 길에 보이는 산업시설과 굴뚝에서 뿜어져 나오는 연기와 냄새 등이 역겨웠다.
