We totally get it—no one loves rules, including us! But we’ve had to put some guidelines in place based on what we`ve learned along the way. We really appreciate our amazing guests who love our place as much as we do and want to help keep it great for their return visits and for future guests!



1. All overnight guests must be registered at time of booking. 4 Guests max.



2. Please do not eat or drink in the loft or bedroom areas. You may incur additional cleaning fees. Lofts are best suited for active adults and older children, require the use of steps and a low ceiling entry/exit.



3. Do not unplug the WIFI. The door locks, TV`s and cameras require the WIFI to work properly.



4. Check out time is anytime prior to 10am to allow our cleaning company time to properly clean and sanitize the home.



5. No parties are allowed. If we suspect a party we will contact the booking platform to cancel your reservation with no refund.



6. Parking is available and to the left of the cabin only on the gravel pad. Absolutely NO PARKING is allowed in front of the cabin or blocking the driveway/road at anytime. The road in front of the cabins must be accessible at all times for emergency vehicles. All vehicles parked in front of the cabin or blocking the road will be towed at owners expense.



7. All guests are required to follow all postage signage.



8. No smoking of any kind including cannabis is allowed inside any of our cabins. If you must smoke cigarettes, please pick up your butts and discard in the silver canister by the stairs.



9. Please treat our home as you would your own. Staining or destroying linens will result in guest being charged 5 times the replacement rate.



10. Out of respect for all our guests, please do not cook, clean or spray any type of strong smelling scents or food in our homes such as fish, etc. These odors linger and may cause excessive cleaning fees to be charged.



11. Pet Policy: DOGS only and must be disclosed and $50 non refundable fee due at time of booking. Link will be sent because this fee cannot be paid through VRBO.



• Maximum of 1 dog under 50 pounds allowed and must be over a year old.

• Well trained pets only.

• Please do not allow your dog on our furniture, beds, linens, throw blankets, throw pillows OR in the loft area. To help all our guests enjoy their stay, please use the couch cover and old sheets provided to cover linens.

• Dogs must be leashed while outside.
