Great customer service

Great hotel in Guntur. Stayed there few times always happy with customer service . Staff are very accommodating and helpful and always go extra mile to help . Dinner buffet could have been better with choices and change of menu. Room is clean and spacious and minimalistly decorated to what needed .

Nice smell in the room and toilets. Not stinky smell we get in some of the star hotels where I stayed. I am impressed with the room. The restaurant service is good but your time restrictions are awful. Once the customer is inside the time period you need to serve him whatever he wants. You cannot say that your time is over. This is very bad customer service.

I stayed at Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Guntur, for nine nights, and unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards expected from a five-star property. The hotel and rooms were not maintained properly. The cot, bedsheets and other linen had visible stains. I changed rooms twice, but the same issue continued. I repeatedly asked housekeeping to ensure that clean, stain-free sheets were provided whenever the linen was changed. A guest should not have to inspect the sheets and follow up with housekeeping every day for something so basic. The bathroom also had a persistent foul smell, particularly after flushing. I do not know whether this was connected to the hotel’s recycled-water system, but the odour was strong enough to make staying in the bathroom uncomfortable. The countertops, panels and other room surfaces were also not cleaned thoroughly. Breakfast was another disappointment. During my nine-night stay, almost the same items were served daily, with only minor variations. More importantly, the taste and quality were not of a five-star standard. The staff responded when concerns were raised, but guests should not need to repeatedly request basic cleanliness. The property needs significant improvement in maintenance, housekeeping supervision, linen quality, bathroom sanitation and food quality.
