"We had a relaxing time here. Being close to the train terminal helps. I recommend you buy a plug adapter since what we brought from the U.S. was not a match. The front desk lady was helpful. The breakfast was continental, but not a breakfast that takes orders. Though our room faced the main road, it wasn't loud as night fell. The rooms were clean and relaxing. This is a good place I would return."

"Central location in Bern. The staff was incredible and very friendly and helpful. Seems to be a hot spot for after work businesses. The breakfast was very good and the Brie and jam on their delicious bread is second to none. My girls ran in the morning down by the river and the city seems very safe. Walkable to all of the things. We love this hotel and Bern. We were too late in the year to do the river swim, too cold, but if you travel in the warmer months put this on your list. The rooms were clean and had ample room for the 5 of us traveling. We used 2 rooms. The rooms had a little wear and tear on them but we would definitely stay here again. "

"My family and I stayed here for a few nights and we really loved it! It is more of a remote location so plan to walk to certain stations for transportation (~15 min) but they have everything necessary nearby (gas station, bistro/deli, small resturant, fast food, etc.) The room was small but cozy and comfortable and the staff were kind and helpful! The breakfast is fantastic and free every day from select hours and all around us are gorgeous nature views and paths! The bathroom wasn't bad but be careful of water spilling out of the tub - really that's are main compliant but others we had a lovely time, thanks to the staff at Hotel Grauholz!"
