The hotel is mostly trying to be automated. Staff was helpful. Room was fantastic and well equipped. The hotel also gives you a code to use transit in Bern for free. No parking available on site when I went so I had to scramble. But the hotel was still a great value.

This place is clean, convenient to the highway and attractions in nearby Bern, and has excellent sunset views (we were there in May). Quiet place to stay in Swiss countryside
Plus: Very easy transportation via bus, coffee provided, very nice appliances, and quiet area. Con: Beds were slightly uncomfortable and one shower with poor drainage lead to very wet floor. Would definitely stay again!
