Standard cozy hotel, far from Delhi airport

The hotel is located 1 hour away from Delhi airport, reasonable price. Standard international hotel style Hotel, new and clean, comfortable bed. Staff of doing check in was fast, but it took very long time to do check out (>30mins) which it delays my time to airport. The food quality is not bad, roof top restaurant with nice view.

I really liked the area in which it is built. As of today, the area has lot of open area and an awesome view of the setting sun. With close proximity to the newly opened Dwarka Expressway it is only going to get better. The property is nearby to many DLF properties and that shows that this property ia surrounded by prominent folks.

Value For Money

Value for money, built over a small shopping mall so convenient for variety of a few restaurants if you want a change from the hotel restaurant. Staff in general very helpful. Coffee service at breakfast is typically slow but breakfast has reasonable variety. Ms. Sakshi Singh is a credit and excellent ambassador for the hotel and goes above and beyond to make your stay smooth & seamless.

Breakfast had a huge variety of different foods, including options to cater for other Asian nationalities. Although there were plenty of choices, being a plant based guest, there was not much for me except fruit, salad and bread. Nowadays when there are more and more plant based people, not to mention the ones allergic to dairy, it would be good to have items clearly marked. Not even the plain rice was marked as vegan so I understood that it was cooked with ghee. Coffee was decent but again, it would be good to have some sort of alternative milk such as oat or soya. I had a dish made up of noodles and tofu one evening and it was not good. It lacked taste and spices. Thankfully, there options downstairs in the little commercial area. I enjoyed my food from a Chinese restaurant and a Nepalese kiosk on different occasions. The hotel is really far from central Delhi but I knew that when I booked it and chose it for the isolated location and I am glad I did it. The airport is less than one hour away if there’s no traffic. Staff are so attentive and so kind! However, they are a bit pushy with the QR codes in case you enjoy something. They ask you to leave some feedback and mention their names. Bedding is comfortable, pillows are great. My room had a microwave and some plastic dishes but no cutlery. Also, according to the hotel policy you are not allowed to bring foid or drink from outside, making the kitchen facility really useless. Water bottles are free of charge.

My waiter Sagar was amazing very welcoming and so kind hearted, I’m from the US and he showed us a wonderful time and left us with a great experience!! The room was not really cleaned during my stay, minibar not refilled, an used mugs not removed. At the end trouble to obtaining a receipt

I have explored a lot of properties in the area but this one is so far the best. They serve the best breakfast buffet in Gurgaon. I really like the ambience and the service. The staff was really nice as well. They gave us a complementary room upgrade to a suite too😌❤️. The pool was decent as well. Situated around a good marketplace (shopping complex). Its worth the price and wasn’t even expensive at all. Next time, would definitely try the dinner buffet as well. Have heard good reviews about that as well.

Amazing property. Hotel is smacked in the middle of a nice mall. No need to go anywhere no shop or do groceries
