This property needs to be renovated! The linen is thin and the repairs in the room appear to have been done by an amateur. Corners have been cut and the net result is very sad.

Loved the ample breakfast! Everything was clean & the landscape was well-groomed, pool clean but cold. We booked with Expedia, bcse we had a problem with Best Western reservation line.

The staff were friendly, the rooms are very dated and could use a major renovation. There is very little insulation between the rooms, we could here everything out neighbours were doing. But for the price and for a quick stop it was okay.

This is a very convenient location especially being next door to the Pea Soup restaurant. Also their daily breakfast is one of the best at all motels we stay in

Not the greatest place
Hotel not as clean as expected. Had to ask for more clean towels. Housecleaning did not clean room. Both nights there was loud noises in floor above, sounded like the housecleaning carts or some ones roller bag, at 4:30 AM and 5:30 AM.

I stay at a lot of hotels/motels in this price range. This one would have been great except they told me they only had upstairs rooms though the parking lot was virtually empty. The deadbolt on the door did not work and to my horror, the latch that goes over the door for extra security had been pulled out of the wall, with screws just barely holding it on. The TV seemed to have 200 Chanel’s of just sports and nothing else. Such a cute location, just needs some TLC… there are other places in Santa Nella that are better for the price

Inside the room needed a bit of work. It was clean, but bathroom and outside bathroom had cracks and tile work that wasn’t fixed. Otherwise everything else looked great.

They said breakfast was from 6-9am, but we got there at 7am and it wasnt ready. Cleaning was good, but disenfevtant smell very strong when we first entered the room. Have stayed there many times, but it has gone downhill for a best western.
