Charming little bungalow. Older, but well appointed. Great kitchen. Conveniently located to the historical district of Guthrie.

our state was overall pretty OK there were issues in the check-in however, the team was responsive as well as the city. there were issues regarding the air-conditioning units. They were difficult to use and didn’t really provide comforting levels of temperature. The Vrbo was generally clean. There were some spots missed like under the couches or if we lost something however, overall it was pretty clean. The kitchen appliances could be upgraded as well as cookware however, the Vrbo did do a good job of providing other materials in needs.

Good location to downtown. The bed was firm but we liked it. It doesn’t have central heat or air. We had A LOT of difficulty getting into the place. The lock box was hard to get open. Minor things to be aware of. Communication was ok, most of it was with getting in. A very clean place.

It worked

The place worked for what I needed for the week. I would have like the place to be cleaner. The towels and sheets all had hair on them. They must have been washed on too big of a load of laundry. The floors were dirty and there was only one little window AC unit in the bedroom.
