You get what you pay for.

You get what you pay for, and the cost was very little The room was dated, but not that bad, the people were friendly and tried hard to make it a good stay, but the shower curtain had mold. That's a rough go. With a little upgrading, this could be a decent place once again. It's in a nice area only a very short distance from the historic area, but in all honesty, if we return, we'll probably pay the extra and stay in one of the bed and breakfasts in the area.

Roughing it on Guthrie, OK

The Digital Network, cable, internet, cellular service and telephone lines were down--no fault of the establishment--making check-in difficult. There was no waste basket in the room, and could have been problematice during a lengthy stay.

Property was poorly taken care of. Hair on pillows, sheets with stains, mold in the shower area. Bath mirror missing reflection areas. Stain runs on the wall in the bath room. Even though it said no smoking, it smelled like smoke in the room. No TV guide for channels. No WiFi in room. I can’t believe Expedia listed this motel. We should have demanded money back and left. Toilet supply line made noises when flushed! Light came through the outside door. Cement block walls. No wall had the same paint.

i stayed here because of the ice and could not drive back home, it was very close to my job. I pre booked a king and ended up with 2 beds. Also my microwave was very dirty so i ended up cleaning it myself. The staff was very nice.

If you are looking for a place to stay in Guthrie that is much cheaper than a B&B, you should stay at TownHouse Motel. Tony and Sandy Patel and their family have run this establishment for years. They are wonderful people and make their guests feel welcome. The location is walkable to anywhere you need to go in Historic Downtown Guthrie. The rates are affordable. The location is easy to find. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the pillows and towels are fluffy. When I come to Guthrie, this is where I always stay and it is like coming home.

For being a very OLD motel it was ok, the same for the, it was room was ok. The staff was unable to speak English. I was quoted $50.00 a day and ended up being charged over $70.00 a day. For this price I could have stayed in a newer motel on the highway. I have family in this area that I visit but I will never stay at the Townhouse again. They don't keep their word. It’s exactly what you think it is. Older motel it’s clean and safe. The staff was friendly and easy to work with. Right downtown you can walk anywhere.

Clean, cheap, accessible

Inexpensive but very clean and comfortable. A fairly old facility and lacks a little bit in maintenance but very clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and sheets were clean. The room smelled clean and fresh. Very easily accessible location. Friendly staff. Easy parking.

Beds were terrible, only had air conditioning, no heat, and it got down into the low 40’s the night we stayed. Oh, and the toilet ran all night, I tried to fix it, but it wasn’t going to happen.
