Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
unprofessional. initially they denied about any reservation or payment i made through Expedia. After a lot of hassles, they agreed that i had reservation. i got one bed while i booked 2 beds. unclean bathroom. bedsheets were unclean and so was pillows. in the middle of night power went away but did come back but remained in dark for a while.
