"We stay here every time we are in Meadville for our son's football game first few times the hotel is being remodeled but the rooms are still nice they were clean breakfast was decent there's eggs breakfast meat cereal waffle they have little individual like loaves of of loaves or pieces of like blueberry bread and lemon bread stuff like that plus your juices and milk and small yogurts"

"Very clean! Comfy furniture in living room to read or watch TV. Lots of table space for eating or playing one of the games supplied. Kitchen has everything you might need to cook in or outside on the Blackstone grill. Bathrooms supply shampoo, body wash, towels, and hair dryer. Pleny of TP and paper towels. Also stacked washer/dryer with laundry supplies provided. Large back yard for kids to play, also nice porch swing and fire pit for the adults. Very close to lake, a few minute's drive. We had 8 adults for a long weekend. Beds , only 1 queen and 5 full, but we made do. Everyone agreed it was a good find!!"

"Kim and Karen are AMAZING! Not only were they efficient, they were so nice and Karen even called after we got to the room to make sure it was okay. I've never had anyone do that before. This is the second time staying there and it was perfect. We will be back again next summer and we'll definitely be staying there."

"Nick's Place is like a secret in the community. This family-owned and run business is impeccably kept. The staff is outstanding. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The breakfast is a "make your own" event, where there is a big kitchen and various choices to put together for yourself. The hours of breakfast are reasonable for those trying to relax and not get up at sunrise to get something to eat! It is not an ordinary run of the mill hotel property. Attached mini golf course is available, and the location is convenient to Edinboro University. I highly recommend this lodging."
