Welcome to Villa Atlas – your private retreat with breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Balaton in the charming village of Gyenesdiás. Nestled in a peaceful and sunny location, the villa offers relaxation, privacy, and easy access to beaches, nature, and local attractions.

This detached holiday home spans multiple levels and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends. Seven separate bedrooms provide privacy and personal space for every guest, while three fully equipped bathrooms ensure comfort even at full occupancy. Six air-conditioning units with both cooling and heating functions provide a pleasant indoor climate throughout the year.

The spacious main kitchen and an additional kitchenette offer everything needed for self-catering, including a stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machines, blender, contact grill, toaster, and a wide range of kitchen utensils. Wine, beer, and pálinka glasses, along with cocktail accessories, are also provided—perfect for enjoying relaxed evenings on the terrace.

The living area features a 65-inch 4K Smart TV with streaming capabilities as well as an Xbox Series X with two controllers. For musical or creative moments, guests can enjoy a Yamaha digital piano, an acoustic guitar, and a Bluetooth speaker. Books in German, English, and Hungarian, along with board games, puzzles, and a poker set, provide additional entertainment for all ages.

The garden is one of the highlights of the property. From here, guests can enjoy stunning views across Lake Balaton. A covered terrace with a large dining table and an outdoor deck with a wooden sunshade create the perfect setting for relaxing outdoors. Barbecue facilities, a traditional Hungarian bogrács cooking kettle, and seasonal fruit trees with figs, apples, cherries, and grapes contribute to an authentic holiday atmosphere. Secure on-site parking is available for up to three vehicles within the gated property.

Gyenesdiás Beach can be reached in approximately 20 minutes on foot. Popular hiking trails leading to viewpoints such as the Festetics Lookout Tower and the Fénykereszt Cross are located nearby. The historic town of Keszthely is only a short drive away and offers restaurants, cafés, museums, and shopping opportunities. The famous thermal spa of Hévíz can also be reached within a few minutes by car.

We personally welcome our guests upon arrival and remain available throughout their stay should any assistance be needed. For stays of seven nights or longer, a complimentary change of bed linen and towels can be arranged.

Please note that smoking is not permitted inside the house and pets are not allowed (with the exception of assistance dogs). Out of consideration for our neighbors, quiet hours must be observed between 9:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Bachelor/bachelorette parties and similar events are not permitted.
