The staff at the front desk speaks good English, they are very helpful. I would stay again. Hotel is clean and close to subway & walkable to IKEA and Costco. There is a nice underground shopping center under hotel which we found on our last day (was not advertised by hotel). There is a food strip area adjacent to hotel but all signage in Korean.

The notes from Expedia doesn’t get sent to the hotel. Also this time around, the workers did not want to help us with our bags. This happened twice. I was very upset as my mother was lugging the bags herself to the carts.
