"Owner greeted us upon arrival and was very nice. We were able to check-in about 1200. Our 2 bedroom room was clean and well maintained. Its overall ambiance was perfect and very relaxing. TV was huge and easy to use. The long private balcony was a plus. Location was great. Upon our departure, the owner even arranged a taxi to take us to the KTX station as we continued our 3 week tour of Korea. This Hanok Stay is the best. We would highly recommend it."

Good advance comms re information how to get to them from station, things to do, restaurants etc Breakfast nice and varied. Good to have rooftop area but why no cushions on the seats? As has been mentioned in other reviews, plastic covering on beds bit hot and rustle. Nowhere to hang wet towels apart from one rail, had to leave one on wardrobe door each time. Receptionist spoke excellent English and very helpful sorting cabs when our Uber app failed! NB Lots of the cab drivers don’t speak English so get the hotel name and address in Korean."

"Staffs are polite & helpful. Breakfast is OK. Room is clean but lacking amenities. We had to go out to buy toothbrushes & toothpaste. A/C control seems not working well. Seems like A/C is automatically adjusted by itself instead of adhering to manual settings. "
